The staff was exceptional, we booked and arrived late after walking all over the city, the building is aged but clean, the staff was helpful,nice our room was dark and we slept in, it was that quiet!

Sheets were like cream, so soft. The shower and bath were hot. The towels were fresh and fluffy The spa/pool was amazing. The breakfast covered all bases.

Lovely location very central to everything and a great view out over the courthouse. The staff were very helpful and kept my backpack for me behind the bar in the restaurant, before check-in and after checkout, they also let me check in early. My room was small but tidy and really comfortable. There was very little street noise.

Location is perfect. In the heart of old city and close to attractions, shops and restaurants. Also good underground parking is a plus.

Nice and clean rooms, with good space. Good thing that there was inside parking in the place to leave the car.

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I needed help because my husband was in a hospital nearby and I couldn’t speak the language. William and Lola were so helpful and answered so many of my questions.

Super comfortable, modern hotel and a great stay overall. We arrived quite late and had some local cheeses with us, but no time to buy a baguette. The team at reception went above and beyond and prepared a fresh hot baguette for us within 20 minutes. It was the perfect ending to the day, enjoying our cheeses with warm bread. Wonderful service, lovely staff, and a great location – only about a 20-minute walk from the city center. Highly recommended!

thoughtfully designed and decorated. rooms were quiet and comfortable. shower was clean and hot. breakfast was very nice and varied. location was easy for walking around the central district, with lots of shopping and restaurants all around.

The room was a decent size for a 2 star hotel, everything was new and clean. The glazed balcony was very nice, with a bench and coffee table. I really appreciated the kettle in the room, which is not common outside the UK. My only complaint is that there were two small paper cups provided for tea, so please replace them with real cups. The location is great, 15 min walk to the train station and 5 min to the pedestrian zone in the city center.
