We had a medical emergency and they helped us get emergency nos. Plus we kept breakfast for us till we reached. The amazing staff kept checking how our little one was and I felt so good that people cared

Immaculately presented modern business type hotel. We were travelling down to Italy so for us the position near the autoroute was very convenient. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant presented to us by efficient yet friendly staff. Would stay again, maybe next time for a couple of night's. The breakfast was perfect with sparkling local wine available on a Sunday morning. We made a bucks fizz with ours from the quality orange juice. Hot and cold option's available with great coffee.

It was in a great location between Strasbourg and Colmar. The rooms were perfect for my family. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding.

Located in a beautiful bucolic setting a short drive away from the historic town of Selestat. The charming hotel and restaurant complex are traditional with all the modern conveniences. The rooms are lovely, clean, comfortable, and serenely quiet. The restaurant is outstanding. The breakfast is wonderful and served in a lovely cozy room. Parking is ample and safe. There are charging stations available. Hotel is located close to the Rhine, L'Illwald forest, Selestat, Alsace Wine Route and Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle. Good location for cycling, walking in woods, and canoeing.

Really comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and you can walk to the park.

We loved the breakfast. We are Americans though and we are used to a little more hearty meat at breakfast but there was still a really great selection. The breads and butter were amazing. We are still dreaming of the brioche and jams. The juice was delicious. I appreciated the hard boiled eggs and that there was enough food offered to feel that you could eat all that you wanted with plenty to share for the other hotel guests. It was all very beautifully and festively displayed as well. The man at the front desk was so welcoming and thoughtful. I wanted to film some of the hotel for my mother, who has always dreamed of coming to France. He made sure all the twinkle lights were on for the video and pictures. The cleaning staff were so thoughtful and kind. I genuinely believe this hotel staff should be the representatives of France. They were so welcoming and kind!
