Secluded. Excellent helpful host Boris. Excellent breakfast. Not easy to find. Be sure to book in advance and read instructions. We didn't and had to burn rubber to make it before closing at 8pm to get keys. No complaints. Would definitely stay again. Pool and Jacuzzi 😊

Not only was L'Auberge de Saugras a traditional French inn that lived up to my dreams, it also had a delicious restaurant and a special cheese plate and charcuterie dish that were available when the restaurant was closed. The breakfast and lunch menus were extraordinary and the chef took exquisite care to make each meal spectacular. I was very impressed and would love to return when the weather allows the use of the pool.

A lovely location and kind host. This was the perfect place to rest on my 3-day hike. It's about a 20 min. walk from the village in a very quiet neighborhood. The garden was gorgeous and even had a hammock to relax in. Thierry welcomed me with a cold drink and provided a delicious breakfast with several types of fresh bread and homemade preserves. I enjoyed chatting with him and the other guests. This was a highlight of my trip!
