SwitzerlandDream Chateau in the middle of the wine yards and close to Reims. View from the room was incredible and the room itself was very comfortable. Staff was beyond nice and they provided a bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday and it’s a super dog-friendly hotel (and restaurant). It’s a bit on the pricey side but money super well spent and we will definitely return and recommend to any of our friends.

The bar near the station is great. Good drink selection. Frequented by locals, and they played great music. Very relaxing.
Bakery offered a good selection of items for picnics or light dinners such as quiches and savoury pastries. During the week, the restaurant tended to open only for lunch, but the town is really pretty. Great walking and cycling routes around the town and area.

We loved going out in the vineyards.
We loved going out in the vineyards. We just walked around the village and saw how people worked in the vineyards. You are in the middle of nature and all you can hear are the birds chirping and from time to time someone working with a machine in the field, but that's all.
We ate so well at "La Table du Petit Bonhomme" - we had lunch. I do recommend that you check the schedule because it is not open the whole day, lunch and dinner. There is also a bakery "Au Fournil de Rilly" - amazing baguettes, madeleinnes - you name it.
There are no activities for families with children. Just for grown-ups who love champagne and nature. Don't go there if you want to create noise or you love noisy spaces.

This was just a one night stopover on our way back to Calais...
This was just a one night stopover on our way back to Calais but the accommodation and facilities were superb and greatly exceeded our expectations.
The Champagne provided on arrival and at breakfast was also most enjoyable so we purchased more for home consumption.

Very very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and nice. The big living room is great - if you want you can meet other guests there. The house bar, where you can take champagne or other drinks in the evening and charge it to your room, is a very good idea. We also liked the Swedish bath. You can easily sit in it with four people. There are a lot of champagne houses in the town to do a „degustation“. We also had a champagne testing in the hotel. The breakfast room is wonderful and breakfast itself very good

The property is like a boutique hotel, although only breakfast is provided. It is very stylish and everything is of a high standard. It is owned by the Didier Herbert Champagne house and their excellent champagne was available. The meet and greet and breakfast were very good. We used it as a stopover on a journey south. There is a good wine bar which serves food very near by.

The first thing you notice is the beautiful design, bright and stylish. The shared living room is a wonderful place to sit and plan the next days activities. The room had everything one needs and beautifully decorated. Our contact with the hotel both before and during was excellent. We did the tour and tasting of the house and the champagne was exceptional as well.

The room was charming. The location is calm and right in the centre of Rilly-la-Montagne. Alexandra and Valentin are lovely and cannot do enough to help! We had a great stop over.
