Warm, welcoming hosts, a lovely dinner (reasonable extra cost and totally worth it - partake if you have the chance!), a very comfortable bed and roomy walk-in shower. Very nice lounge areas downstairs with wood and pellet stoves should you be there on a chilly evening. Great location between Guedelon and Saint-Fargeau but still in peaceful countryside.

It was lovely and we were very pleased with the hotel.

It was lovely and we were very pleased with the hotel. Friendly, clean, comfortable..... The only downside is that evening meals are not served. We knew that when we booked and there are plenty of restaurants nearby but we found that we much prefer being able to eat at our accommodation.

We booked a comfort room and it was very comfortable indeed. The bedroom was spacious and very clean, and so was the bathroom. The room was nice and cool, which was very welcome in the heat wave. The bed was excellent. Our dog was welcome, at no extra fee. Breakfast was fabulous! The hotel is located in a quiet, forested area not far from the very cute village of Saint Fargeau.

The hotel was in a perfect location. We visited Guédelon earlier in the day then stopped at the chateau de saint fargeau in the afternoon and the Hotel was a perfect place to rest after. The receptionist was very patient when dealing with a different language and super friendly. There are restaurants and bakeries within very close walking distance. An absolute treat!
