This Chateau was something unexpectedly amazing, beautiful, charming, lovely and unique for our stay. The place, the building, the rooms (huge), the hospitality, the quietness and location. Parking is in the yard, secure and large one. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and right when you need them. The breakfast was simple and totally french style: freshly squeezed juice, tea/coffee, croissants, yogurt, home made bread and special shout-out goes to home made jams. They were something out of ordinary. We even tried to buy them, but there were no left for sale. WiFi was also stable and good. It was so good to be there, that we extended our stay for one more night. Also, this location was very good as we have visited 15 chateaus in the Loire valley and surrounding towns. There is nothing to complain about in this place. I would love to come back one day.

We and our two kids loved the location, the appartement, our breakfasts, the dinerplate, sites nearby and the excellent service by the hosts. As mentioned by other guests, even the toiletpaper was notably luxurious! Maison Moz will surely be remembered.

The cottage is situated in a very quiet rural area with access via paved road. The furniture and building were all beautiful combining old elements into a modern age ensemble. There are multiple units that are very well distributed on the land and form what looks like a modest ranch. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax in the garden as well as a tree swing. The host was also very welcoming and attentive. He helped as book a table for dinner the evening we arrived as he knew most of the good places and it was not very easy to find a table on such short notice. We ended up dining at Les trois marchands in Cheverny which was a wonderful experience, both gastronomic and service-wise. We truly enjoyed our stay there and we also found it very close to some of the major objectives in the Loire Valley, such as Chateau Chenonceau, Chateau Chambord and the city of Blois.

There was nothing to like about a closed hotel that had sent...

There was nothing to like about a closed hotel that had sent us written confirmation of our reservation. In a phone call, the we had to make, the owner told us the hotel never opened on Sunday, so why the confirmation? The area was closed, no shops, bars, cafes or restaurants open in Soings-en-Sologne or nearby villages on a Sunday evening.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and cozy hotel. The location is perfect - surrounded by nature, peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The owners were absolutely lovely, very kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can really feel how much care they put into the place and their guests. Overall, it was an awesome experience, and we would happily come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel was closed. After phoning we were told we could use room 2 the key was in the door. No restaurant, no bar, no reception. Shoddy treatment. We had a confirmed booking and a confirmed restaurant reservation. It was Sunday evening so there was nowhere else to go. We had driven all day and been told we could not check in until 6pm.
