It was a one night stay, we arrived late and could not see the city itself. But the hotel is just perfect. Room is big and has everything you need. Comfy bed. Big tv. Everything is clean. Pleasant temperature in the room (A/C) and even pleasant smell. Breakfast was delicious. There is even a possibility to book a sauna for free.

The staff was more than excellent as we were late and they contacted us when we did not arrive at the time we informed them about. They waited for us until almost 23.00. We were late because of the traffic in Italy and Switzerland. They already wrote a note in case we would arrive even later.

Older hotel but sparkling clean. Great and accommodating staff. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Great restaurant (the portions were so big we wished we'd split our meal). Tried to stay longer but they were sold out. We must come again!

Cleanliness was noticeable without any strong chemical smells

Except for our WiFi which was too slow, our stay was exceptional: the rooms and materials were perfect (lots of real oak), the design was new and trendy, the restaurant was out of this world and fairly priced, the wine was local and fantastic, the breakfast for €25 was bottomless and with fresh products (bread, fruits, jam, all kinds of cheeses, ham) and you can get free freshly made eggs and crepes upon demand, pools and jacuzzi were clean, the outdoor area clean, 1 hour massage for €85 was good, the staff was caring. Best stay ever, even got a free bottle of wine to make up for the WiFi problem.

The hotel is beautiful, welcoming and full of character, with an atmosphere that feels both unique and relaxing. The spa is truly exceptional, one of the best we have ever visited. Each sauna is large and beautifully designed with different temperatures, artistic details, mosaics and even a salt room. There are multiple pools including a cold plunge, indoor and outdoor options, plus relaxing lounges. The whole spa experience is on a different level. The hotel’s design is impressive, with charming medieval corridors, stunning Christmas decorations and a fascinating wine cellar that feels like a living museum. The staff were kind, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good with excellent fresh orange juice and amazing croissants. Dinner was tasty and nicely presented. The nature around the hotel is perfect for walks and ideal for guests with dogs. Overall, this is a special hotel with an extraordinary spa, beautiful atmosphere and thoughtful details. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

AC was fantastic, we were in the middle of a heat wave. Clean and comfortable roon and pleadant and welcoming staff.

Decent size room, comfortable bed. The room was cool considering 35 degrees temperature outside. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Quiet.
