Everything was fabulous. The staff, the room, the parking underground secure, the breakfast magnificent. The location was perfect for us with access to train, bus and metro right across the street only 18 minutes to the city. Highly recommend.

The room was large, clean and quiet. The bathroom was also of a comfortable size and not too small. Staff were friendly over phone and in person.

The staff are helpful, courtesy, and kind. They would go out of their way to help me to find information and even helped me to book another B&B. One of the best parts and I like very much is they provide a secure locker FREE! On top of that, they think of everything because there are power outlets in the secure locker so we could charge our equipment without worrying. I love it!!! They also have clean shower room and a chill room. Fantastic. If plan works out, I am coming back here on my way home!!!

Hotel is pretty big. Large spaces, secured private parking, room not super large but comfortable. Large breakfast buffet.

I went to the hotel because it was nearby the stadium and I was going for a football game. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are nice and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and the prices were very reasonable. Loved it.

Modern new well thought out facilities with very comfortable beds, top of the line sound proofing and great design. Rooms are larger than most in France. I also liked the water dispenser on each floor and the breakfast buffet was super. The location is right beside Lyon Part Dieu gare but cannot here that noise in room. While not in main tourist center, easy to take a bus or subway there and there are some very good restaurant options near the hotel. The easy airport shuttle from the nearby part dieu station made it a great location for my recent visit.

ibis Lyon Gare Part-Dieu was another great experience—Ibis has truly become our favorite hotel chain! The young woman at check-in was fantastic—warm, always smiling, and very helpful. The room was clean and cozy, and the secure parking was very convenient. Excellent location near the train station, and the metro is located nearby

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. We travelled for 6 weeks in Europe and they were one of the best. eg Transport advice, bag storage , chilled our wine provided etc , Good location to catch the bus and trains. Easy parking a little out from the centre of Lyon. Outdoor seating on to a courtyard lawn with table and chairs.

Very comfortable for 4 adults. Would easily and comfortably fit 6 adults, thanks to the separate kitchen. Very clean. Excellent breakfast for 10.50€. Conveniently located a few minute walk from station.

Room, breakfast, cleanliness! The personnel were extremely polite and helpful! The hotel was situated in a quiet area with several restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Lyon Conference Center.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and she was willing to go extra to communicate the booking agent for me. The best! Not to mention that clean facility and convenient location.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel des Brotteaux in Lyon! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and effortlessly elegant. The hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort — you can really feel the character of the building, while still enjoying all the thoughtful amenities. My room was beautifully designed, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore Lyon while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Even though my stay was just one night, it left a lasting impression. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lyon!

Bed was comfortable. Room is small but I think that's just France. It's down a little alley way but very easy to locate, there's a sign pointing to it. Train station close, shops close. Cute balcony
