Our large room was very comfortable and although the restaurant was shut that evening (being a Sunday) the manager provided us with a very welcome platter of cheese and ham. Breakfast was delicious too. The hotel is in a quiet position and set in attractive grounds.

When we arrived on Labor Day by bicycle we did not realize all the restaurants were closed in town. We asked the owner for some milk and instead he prepared us a wonderful salad, bottle of wine, cheese and fresh figs from garden. It was one of or best experiences in France. The breakfast was also amazing and more food than we could possibly eat on our bike journey! We are grateful for his hospitality.
