Trop chou! Very cute little chalet close to the GR21 trail. Perfect for a couple. Very clean and comfortable wooden hut with air conditioning (we used for heat), TV (we didn’t use) and fully-equipped kitchenette. There are even bottles of wine for sale at excellent prices (we didn’t know and bought our own). Maximum privacy, convenience and comfort. Highly recommended! A Ten for sure!

Yes, this hotel is in the lovely grounds of the Chateau, and no, we didn't expect to be staying in the actual Chateau but we were disappointed by the shabbiness of the place. The room was clean enough but I really didn't like having the shower cubicle in the bedroom, there was certainly no privacy. The bed itself was ok but think 70's stretchy brushed cotton sheets, blanket and eiderdown, and the TV was so high up it was almost impossible to watch. The breakfast was basic which was fine, and the croissants were very nice, but it seemed strange that there was absolutely no one around apart from a girl who briefly appeared to fill up the coffee machine and then disappeared again. In fact the whole hotel seemed to be lacking staff. On arrival a lady appeared from the big house to greet us and give us a key and then apart from the girl at breakfast we saw no one! We left the key on the table at reception on our way out!

Very nice and comfortable “chambre d’hote”. Perfectly decorated. Located in the house of owner. There is a separate entrance. Parking place - in front of the house. A wonderful comfortable bed with different pillows. The blanket is like a feather bed from a fairy tale. There is a kettle, a coffee maker with a set of tea and coffee. The hostess is very hospitable. Delicious home-made breakfast. For dinner we went (by car) in Fecamp. There are many options of restaurants. Thank you for the warm welcome and wonderful stay.

This beautiful villa has sea views overlooking Veulette s/Mer. It was originally designed by a Scotsman who lived in it for several years: it could be located in the Highlands! It is like a small chateau which also has a dark past (during WWII) but has recovered and is really lovely. A short walk (500m/ten minutes) takes one to the seaside village of Veulette s/Mer. The landlady, Nathalie, was most welcoming and booked us a table in a wonderful restaurant on the sea front, Restaurant de la Mer. Very reasonable fees and close to St. Valery en Caux.
