The room was very good and offered great value for money. The location within the town was convenient as well. The host was generally friendly and helpful, although she seemed a bit overly controlling at times — for example, the exact parking spot apparently mattered a lot, and the room was inspected immediately after we left, including checking the towels and similar things. There was also a slightly strange situation with another guest who only had US dollars. The host asked us to help translate with Google Translate, but before we understood what was going on, she was loudly speaking/shouting at me in Armenian. It did not seem aggressive, just a bit chaotic and confusing. The rooms are also quite noisy, and you can hear almost everything from neighboring rooms. Despite all that, I can still recommend the place if you do not mind an eccentric but ultimately kind and helpful host.
