The hotel is super stylish and fresh, with a modern vibe that still blends nicely with the natural surroundings. There's a semi-private beach with just a few sunbeds, so it feels like your own little slice of paradise, and the water is crystal clear. It’s the perfect spot for a short stay in Gerolimenas. We’re already looking forward to coming back to this peaceful place! The à la carte breakfast was amazing, and the hotel’s main restaurant was just as great.

Probably the best value on our trip to Mani! The room was comfortable, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and linens, patio with excellent view of Marmari Beach, great beach bar and beach service, and we enjoyed the restaurant as well!

The location was excellent and the hotel had lounges and umbrellas you could use at the water. They also provided beach towels. The breakfast was excellent and best of all were the dinners we ate at their restaurant.

The accommodations were very clean and beautiful. The staff and owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gerolimenas.

We stayed for one night (but I wish we’d stayed for two nights at least). Porto Kagio is a very small intimate charming little village stretched across the beach of a small cove. A wonderful getaway spot with stunning views on the approach. The owner Panayioti was kind and generous, offering to help with our bags then bringing us coffee on our patio. Our room was charming and well appointed, with a cupboard, a desk, a suitcase rack, and a little fridge. Clean with a comfortable bed. We had a patio with a sea view and we were a short stroll to the beach. Breakfast was served on the top floor patio although the owner offered to serve us on our patio. Breakfast itself was fine although myself I would have liked some fresh fruit too. We did an easy walk around to the point where there is a little church and a stunning view back to the cove. We ate fresh and perfectly cooked fish at Taverna Porto right on the beach. An enjoyable time altogether.

Mani is amazing. A different world to the rest of Greece.

Mani is amazing. A different world to the rest of Greece. Some of the roads have quite big potholes in, though, so drive with care. We discovered that The Last Petrol Station before Porto Kagio can fix or sell tyres.... Porto Kagio, where we stayed, is an absolute jewel. It was very hard to leave. Don't miss a trip to the Caves of Diros, Greece's largest and most impressive cave system. Make sure you get there to buy your tickets well before 10.00 am, as it gets very busy and chaotic after then.
