The room was exceptionally clean, completely spotless. The bathroom & shower, as well as the kitchen are modernly renovated and a pleasure to use. Also unlike many other stays on the island - lots of hot water to use. Also the location is very walkable to stores in Arkasa. Eirini was a fantastic host and very helpful with anything I needed.

This was in the heart of the town of Arcasa which made it easy to go to the restaurants and shops but it was also quiet. The view was spectacular. The host was so attentive and helpful, especially for shuttle to the airport. Such a lovely place to stay.

Ideal for exploring the island as we didn’t want to stay in Pigadia. We liked the fact that is was quiet but had plenty of choices if restaurants within walking distance. Great views and amazing sunsets. We ate somewhere different every night. We stayed for 6 nights. 🥰

Arkasa is a lovely, quiet (at least in June) town next to...

Arkasa is a lovely, quiet (at least in June) town next to one of the nicest beaches in Greece and beyond, Saint Nicholas Beach. It is a short drive from the airport and from other lovely beaches, including Lefkos and Finiki, where you can also find excellent fish and seafood restaurants. Arkasa has several nice tavernas, cafes and pastry shops to spend time in, several mini markets, and plenty of parking for visitors. You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset from here. It is about a 20-30 minute drive from the main town, Pigadia, and a shorter drive to villages like Menetes, Pyles and Othos.

Good places: Dinner/ kipos or city view grill Drinks/ retro bar Beach/ finiki Small town, friendly people. Easy to travel around karpathos with car or atw. Public transport goes few times a day.

We loved the vibe - laid back, authentic and not overcrowded...

We loved the vibe - laid back, authentic and not overcrowded. It had all the things (beaches, restaurants, bars, stores) that we needed. Convenient to the airport (20 minutes) and nothing on the island is too far away, although the roads have a lot of ups, downs and curves, so you have to keep your speed in check….

Arkasa is a excellent option for staying, with breathtaking sunset & sea view, place is not very touristic so someone can enjoy a quiet village, traditional, with friendly people. Food options are great, prices are very good and restaurants offer homemade food with quality. There is beautiful each saint Nikolaos, organized with facilities. Close to the airport, close to pigadia city. There is pharmacy and fuel station, very useful. Arkasa has extremely beautiful sunset, is the home of sunset. Monuments to visit, village’s church Ipapanti, you can go walking in the evening to the village & Palaiokastro hill, a hiking option.

Great location: walking distance to Arkasa city center, 15min to the airport and perfect to explore the island. Close by there are nice restaurants, coffee places, supermarkets and a pharmacy. The studio is big and quiet, with a nice terrace and an amazing view to the sunset. The host and family are very friendly and did their best to fulfill our requests. The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures.

Good location to explore the west and south beautiful beaches. Very clean hotel. Popi, the owner, is an excellent host. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The onsite parking was very convenient. The pool was great for an afternoon dip.
