Beautiful spot to relax and unwind. Perfectly located near Naos Tou Poseidhonas, Highly highly recommend if you are passing by Athens or before going to the islands. Don’t go to Charakas beach or Sounion. Go towards Lavrió, Paralia Asimaki. Crystal clear waters & super comfortable. You will thank me later. Balcony is extremely comfortable & a huge plus.

The location is a walking to the beach, the Charakas beach it self is wonderful, in my opinion it is one of the best beaches in the area. The host is very friendly and kind. The shower pressure and water temperature was over perfect. The apartment was very clean, I was alone but it can fit a family of 4 at least. All the equipments needed exists and worked perfectly, I didn't use the air conditioner but the flow of the air is very fresh if windows are open. . I would definitely visit again.

The room is modern, comfortable, clean and very well equipped with anything you may need for a long stay (washing machine, dishwasher, all types of coffee makers, all the kitchenware you may need to cook and eat). The view from the balcony was excellent. The best part was our host, who made us feel very welcome and was very friendly and accommodating, even though we had only booked the room for 1 night.

They were incredibly kind.

They were incredibly kind. My wife and I were involved in a car accident, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us rearrange our bookings without any issues, which we truly appreciated. The massage therapist was 100% recommended, her massages were amazing and super relaxing. The food was delicious, and the views were lovely. A truly unforgettable experience.

Wonderful restaurants and we loved swimming right off the...

Wonderful restaurants and we loved swimming right off the rocks in front of the apartment. Lovely area for walking too! While the Temple of Poseidon didn't rate as high as some of the other ruins we visited during our 3-week trip, it was just a short drive from the apartment and provided a nice visit.

The property had an amazing sea/beach view and is a 5 minute walk from the beach bar where food and drink can be purchased. Sun loungers can also be purchased there. Its location is favoured by locals. The accommodation itself was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The shower is modern, although the kitchen is basic, with a single hob instead of a cooker. But the town of Lavrio is 10 minutes drive away with a number of authentic Greek restaurants and a good assortment of other eateries, shops and supermarkets. It’s an amazing area to explore and discover and a decent number of historical sites in the region. Our host (Eleni) was fantastic, providing detailed guidance on finding the property and making sure we had everything we required for our stay.

If you're having problems with walking, you should think...

If you're having problems with walking, you should think twice, from the rooms to the beach and pool is not far away, but if you're old enough to have some difficulties with steps and walking, be careful. Other than that, for kids, for adults, a perfect place... Beach, sea, pool, everything was so good.

The check in was late. The aircon did not work. View of trashdump was awful(promised garden view room610).Rude roomservice staff. Minimart closed 930 pm,cannot charge too room although you market it as part of the hotel map. Housekeeping awful, late when you call them to make up room,do not refill minibar. Receptionists dont do their job right. No service considering 1000 dollar a night. Started to clean table WHILE we are eating breakfast. I do not recommend paying 1000 dollar a night for this hotel. NOT worth it!!

One should visit Cape Sounio if they are into mainland.

One should visit Cape Sounio if they are into mainland. It’s a completely different experience along the Athens riviera. Full of coastal driving reminds someone about driving on US-1 along the west coast of USA. There are stopovers for people to relish the beauty of the deep blue and in some cases greenish water and several beaches to stop-by if you are interested. Far from the madness and crowd of Athens, this strip of Athens Riviera brings back the urge of returning to Greece again and again

Beautifully designed and very well maintained property. The views over the sea and the Temple of Poseidon were breathtaking. We loved sitting each night on different areas of the hotel and being able to enjoy the sunset and the amazing views. The staff were ALL exceptional - very friendly, welcoming and gave us a great service. Audrey and Konstantinos in the Grecoland kids club made my son feel safe, welcome and he had so much fun. With the beautiful beach and the huge pool, it really was the perfect place for a family break.

The host is super nice and welcomed us with a bottle of white wine and traditional sweets that were very appreciated! There's a lot of space inside and outside the location. With a car is super easy to drive around, enjoy the sunset in Sounio or reach restaurants and beaches. We took a two rooms apartment that has 2 bathrooms and a spacious Livingroom. I hope to get back soon over there!

Eleni's house is a cozy gem, just in front of a small beach and 100 mt from the main one. The equipments and the cleaning were perfect. The veranda and the garden are a plus. The house is just 10 min from Lavrio's city center and 20 min from Cap Sounio's temple by car. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy visiting the area.
