Small but luxurious.beautuful view and centralizing located in the port.

The apartment has the best shower we have come across after traveling for 10 days in Crete! The unit is modern clean well appointed and had a washing machine which we found to be a great bonus. We found parking directly in front of the apartment block and it has a lift which was most welcome after lifting suitcases up numerous flights of steps. There is a good choice of restaurants/coffee shops minutes from the apartment. In a nutshell it was great accommodation at a very reasonable price

Spacious and well-equipped rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was just as expected, making it a place worth revisiting in the future.

The stay was perfect, the location and views were amazing, transportation to Old Town on daily base, with acceptable prices in the restaurant(It's better to reserve the restaurant in advance), but the most amazing was the Staff, good people, attentive and helpful(Special thanks to Nikolas and Katerina)

We had a wonderful room with a pool and a beautiful view. The staff was terrific and went out out of their way to help whenever they could. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options, as well. We had to check out very early to return our rental car at the airport and they sent up boxed food/fruit so we would still have a chance to eat.

The staff were very friendly, gave us a lot of good recommendations about restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was unbelievable, like we are the first ones to book it. Very clean room and pool, breakfast and food menu is very rich and delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are great. State of the art design accompanied with a modern and high class decoration. The staff members were very kind, and the hospitality was astonishing. Especially the receptionists were very helpful with everything we requested and they were very friendly. The hotel and the bistro were very clean and the rooms were just perfect. Felt like home!

Amazing staff! Responsive and kind. Great breakfast with many healthy options. The bus to the airport passes by reguraly. Just ask at the front desk. Pool and view. Proximity to the center is 10 minutes. Gas station and huge store.

Lena and Elias treated us like family, and I truly mean that. They are amazing. I can't recommend this stay more highly. We had an amazing time and will absolutely stay with them again. We have never felt more welcomed. Location was great, we were close to old town Chania, very close walking distance to a gym (which was nice, Olympiko, 30 euros for one week), Lidl, and an "American" style bar called Legends. The view is unparalleled and breakfast with our hosts and the other guests was priceless.

Property was new construction, very clean, and well equipped. I felt extremely safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. I appreciated having a washing machine and also laundry detergent. The view of the sea from the balcony was awesome. Enjoyed being close to small town so I could walk to local restaurants to savor the local cuisine. Close to bus route 18 if you wanted to visit port of Chania. Owner was very accommodating and when my return trip became delayed, he was very helpful in assisting me to secure lodging. I definitely plan to come back to Crete and stay at the Heliades Property.

The room is fully equipped, it has everything you might need. The garden is absolutely beautiful. You can easily find parking just outside, which is very important for Chania.

Everything was clean ,Host was incredibly friendly and easy access to the town center.

This incredible house is not in central location, but it's one of its greatest benefits, since it's really quiet and you can sleep undisturbed. You can walk to the small sandy beach, which is used primarily by locals in 5 minutes. To the old town it takes you about 15 minutes by foot. The host Panayiotis and all his staff are amazing. They go far and beyond to respond to all of your questions and wishes. The house itself is very comfortable and you have everything you need, or if there's something missing, ask Panayiotis.
