Messaria is a gem in the heart of Kythnos. Perfectly located in Chora, it offers the ideal balance — right in the center but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the charming alleys. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, each with its own balcony where I loved enjoying my morning coffee and reading a book. Breakfast was a real treat, featuring delicious local delicacies like freshly baked kolopia. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. If you’re planning a visit to this magnificent island, I wholeheartedly recommend Messaria for a truly relaxing and authentic Kythnos experience.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. They offered to bring us a cot for our baby which we really appreciated and they also brought us some olive oil for baby food preparation. The room was very comfortable and the same applies for the beds. There was plenty of space to place our luggage. The room had a balcony where you can have a coffee or read a book but also dry your towels and bathing suits. Location is pretty good, close to the mini market, a few restaurants and Antonides and Megali Ammos beach. The property has plenty of parking space. Bonus, one of walls was painted by a local artist.

The owners were very friendly. The location was close to the beach. The AC worked great and it was super clean with a good sized shower.

The view is gorgeous and the service is exceptional. Maria, who helped us, was super friendly and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. The breakfast each morning was amazing!

We loved the spot, close to both small and larger beaches, great style and room arrangement, with wondeful views. Valantis was an excellent host, with a complete list of suggestions for all tatstes and any circumstance/weather.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Stimata at Kythnos and we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, family owned Georgia & Sotiris made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was efficient and our room which was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we could need, including an nespresso maker, fridge, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The balcony offered stunning views of the sea, making it the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening drink. Location-wise, Stimata was ideal. It was just a short walk from Flampouria beach nice and private and close to a coffee / snack shop. Overall, we had an exceptional stay at Stimata and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kythnos. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. We would love to return!

Yfes translates to "textures". This luxury hotel lives up to it's name! Sitting above this beautiful deep blue Agean bay, away from the hustle and bustle, it provides a wonderfully relaxing getaway. The white, smooth walls of the building contrasts boldly against the carved-out cliffs where they are perched.  The comfy deck cushions sit aside the picturesque infinity pool. We enjoyed 4 nights here during their first week in operation. The staff are very pleasant and the small restaurant/bar has delicious Greek food.   If we ever return to Kythnos,  we will be glad to stay here again.

The property is incredible and location is amazing (an adventure to get to) but near the exceptional Kolona Beach. The owners are so welcoming especially Maria, she picked us up from the Port herself. And George took care of all our needs at the Hotel.
