We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. The location was perfect, next to the ocean and right by the beautiful Venetian port and with parking close by. Our room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

The staff were very friendly, gave us a lot of good recommendations about restaurants and things to do in the area. The room was unbelievable, like we are the first ones to book it. Very clean room and pool, breakfast and food menu is very rich and delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

Hospitality at the highest level — we were even allowed early check-in as our room was ready, which we truly appreciated. Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.
