It was a beautiful property and the staff were very friendly.

The apartment is on the top location, right beside a very nice beach. Owner waited for me to guide me where I can park. She also showed me where I can collect the key from the box. All the furniture in the apartment is new. Some cold bottles of water and coffee was waiting for me. WiFi was also very reliable since I had some problems with my mobile connection. The apartment also has a balcony with the sea view. I love it. I would pick the same apartment again.

Wonderfull accomodation , right to the sea , lovely house and rooms, lovely yard for the guests , Very clean everywhere , sunbeds and umbrellas free for the guests. We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.

The house had a lot of character, it was a beautiful house, full of antiques, we felt like we moved back in time. The owner was very friendly and helpful. A beautiful yard to relax after the beach.
