We loved the infinite pool and bar. The proximity to the sea was incredible. They even had a platform with lounge chairs you could hang out on by the sea. The bar and infinite pool was amazing. The views were unbelievable.

If you want a place to chill out, unwind and be at ease, this is the place. From the moment you arrive at the port , you are met by a staff member and whisked up the hill to an amazing view of the port, bay and surrounding mountains. The warmth and friendliness of the staff are second to none and they make you feel right at home- nothing is a problem. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, really lovely toiletries in the bathrooms with verandas and sitting out areas. You wake up to the sound of sheep bells and donkeys in the nearby fields. The hotel is less than a year old and is kept spotlessly clean. The pool is surprisingly deep and great for cooling off after a day's sightseeing or sunbathing. Breakfast is ordered the night before on their app to cut down on waste and it's so beautiful sitting on the terrace with chill zone music looking out over the bay. We spent 3 days there and decompressed completely! Would I recommend it ?- 100% yes. Would I go back? - 100% yes.

Kamares is a small area with a variety of tourist shops, two mini markets, quite a few restaurants/taverns and one beach bar that plays music at night. It's a nice place to spend 4-5 days. There's a bus that takes you to Kastro and surrounding beaches.

Visited early June Was quiet, weather good Sandy beach near the restaurants. Beach bars, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. Price range 10 & 20 euros. Some were free but have to buy food and drink. Though this could change the busier it gets. Not a party village, again this was early season. There are cocktail bars. Local bus goes to Appollonia. About 20 minutes. All ferries arrive in Kamares. Lovely church to the left of the village.

Sifnos is a beautiful island.

Sifnos is a beautiful island. We road the buses (public transportation) for two days, very clean and rates were 2 Euros. We then rented a car for two days to see some of the more remote areas. Food is fantastic.

It has a lovely beach and great local places to eat and a few shops to browse. Good, cheap bus connection to other parts of the island. There are trails that I'd like to try but didn't. It's quiet at night and the views are beautiful. It's interesting to watch the boats come and go (although the black smoke and noise can be a bit disconcerting in such a beautiful location sometimes!).

On this island I could have done a couple of extra nights as it took a while to settle in - possibly because it's a smaller place. Wouldn't have needed to extend by much but on the whole 3 nights was good.

Lovely hotel on the hillside above the bay, with beautiful views of the water A short 10 minute walk into town. The town offered plenty of shops and quaint scenes - so picturesque! Easy enough to pick up the local bus to Apollonia. Highly recommend this island.

Myrto is a lovely small hotel with great location in Kamares, port of Sifnos, by the amazing beach. The room with seaview had dual view of the bay and a large balcony to enjoy the great breakfast and stunning sunsets. Margarita is the friendliest host and sharing her love of Sifnos.

We loved staying here. Outside of the times when a ferry is arriving/departing, Kamares is quiet and beautiful. The accommodation was clean, quiet and close to the beach. We'd love to come back
