The apartment was exceptionally clean and recently renovated. In addition, thoughtful touches enhanced the overall comfort—such as bathroom aroma sticks, a baby crib (which we didn’t need, but it was a nice extra), and plenty of clean towels for different uses. It’s worth noting that, although I’ve booked many apartments over the years, this was the only time a host proactively informed me when something was left behind. That level of attentiveness was truly appreciated.

The location was perfect just a short drive to the center. Had everything we needed, was very clean and newly renovated. The highlight of the stay were the amazing hosts Olga and her husband. They were extremely kind and hospitable. Would definitely return.

First and foremost, the owner is extremely nice and generouse in hospitality and advice. The appartment is very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything works perfectly and super clean. Comofortable beds, air and light streaming in from three sides through the doors and windows. Sunrise and sunset makes for a lovely mountains view. The location is perfect. Just 12 minutes from Ioanina center, lake, castel, shopping and night places (lots of free parking in town). Yet it is in a quiet spot, only 15 minutes away from the entrance to the Zagory mountain range, and less to Parema cave. Many good restaurants within 5-10 minutes away (Try the i Valory), And supermarket just as close. Free easy parking right at the door, privacy and peace. We found a fridge stocked with fruits, vegetables and fresh free-range eggs fro the owners' own pen. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the little essential are available - oil, seasoning, coffee (3 kinds) etc. There is even a canter of local liquer and snacks. This place is perfect for a couple or a family of 4 (more if younge kids). It is a great place as a homely base for touring the entire region. In terms of value, it us amazing, and we were treated more like visiting relatives than tourists. We were sad to leave and are already thinking about how quickly we can come again, because 3 days are far from enough to explore all that we would like the region.
