Excellent hotel, comfortable bed, tasty food with many choices, very close to the beach and to many places of interest, clean room every day, super nice service. Emmanuel, the manager, made us feel at home. We booked one night more and we'll be back in the future. Totally recommended 👍

Amazing breakfast! Kind staff, pool and bar right there on the premises. Within walking distance of restaurants and beach. Paintings were lovely.

Location is convenient, close enough to the seashore, there are several grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was delicious and rich. There is a very nice pool in the hotel. Eleni is a very hospitable and helpful hostess.

Breakfast was included and the resort did a good job at providing some variety on a daily basis. We stayed in a 3-bedroom room villa with private pool - accusation was great, pool maintained and cleaned daily, staff were friendly and welcoming.

Kind staff, extremely accommodating

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach side, great for walks and with several local restaurants on the sea. The hotel offer a great quality/cost ratio, allowing a cheap stay in a wonderful area. Relatively close to the more expensive Kissamos area, and to several natural tourist attractions. Great breakfast served each morning with tables in the garden and pool side. Wonderful pools, including one for adults and one for kids. The hotel staff was very useful, including to help up with a car issue.

My mother celebrated her 60 birthday. They approved our early check-in, and my mom received a cake with a personalized note from the staff ! The staff were incredible ! Super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Everything was perfect. we loved the adults only section. The food was amazing. Never seen my mom so happy and carefree. We want to send our love to all the amazing staff : valentine at the reception, Ira that made us amazing drinks and was always so fun to chat with, the lovely staff at the spa reception and hair salon. Everyone really made our vacation a dream. Would love to go back.

Our stay at Galini Palace was nothing short of exceptional. The room was immaculate, offering breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The proximity to the beach and the serene environment made our vacation truly relaxing.

The hotel was clean everywhere: in the rooms, the restaurant, the pool area, the garden, and even the common restroom outside. The staff were very helpful, kind, smiling, and cheerful. The food was varied and tasty. It was very convenient to have the seaside so close, just across the road, and it was also great to always have free sunbeds available

The staff was beyond perfect. The location was great. It was very close to the beach , some restaurants, and some markets. Also close to bus station.You have a spacious parking if you are renting a car. The pool was clean and spacious. The food/breakfast was tasty and had varieties. The sunbeds in the pool and beach were comfy .Overall , it was great . Shout out to Edouard , the receptionist/manager who was brilliant and made our stay amazing.

Carisa Maleme is a truly special spot, blending comfort, great view, and the warmest hospitality. The rooms themselves are comfortable. Location is good, close to the sea. It's very pleasant and quiet place. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Every single person I met was smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to help us with taxis, food recommendations, directions — basically anything I needed. Highly recommend!

The owners were friendly and accommodating. Close to beach and quick drive to towns and grocery store. Beautiful accommodations and pool. Highly recommend and will be back next summer.

I spent a lot of time around the pool because the atmosphere was so peaceful. Everything was clean, organized, and very enjoyable.
