The location is amazing. It’s tranquil and relaxed. There not too many guests at the same time and that makes you feel unique and the privacy is awesome. There location and the setup helps you reconnect with yourself , you body and the humans around you with no interaction of technology. The breakfast is healthy and fresh. You can relax on the loungers under the trees, or go straight to the beach for a swim. The staff is warm and welcoming. Dimitra and Jenny do their best to make feel like home! They vibe and energy makes you feel that you are welcome there and they are there for you! I forgot my wallet on the checkout counter and they brought it for my to the port so I don’t loose my ferry. That was the second time we stayed there and there will a third time for sure!!!

We had an apartment. It's very comfortable and well laid out. The whole place is solid and extremely quiet and peaceful. Mostly we like to be right on the sea, but this time wanted something away from all the activity. It's perfect for this and only steps away from the water and restaurants. Love the two terraces, one in front and the other in back with garden views.

The walk up to the Chora is a must do, the view is breathtaking, you are best to do it early before the sun gets too hot, the latter parts are quite tough. The beach on the right hand side of the port is very nice with trees for shade and food and drink available at a beach bar Lepi Lepi is a really good restaurant for fish.

A vibrant centre that meets the needs of a traveller that is NOT looking for night clubs, theme parks and party nights. And excellent variety of restaurants from basic to fine dining. Self catering is well catered for with numerous well stocked mini-markets. Souvenir shops are low key and mainly down the side streets. It is the main hub of the island so all busses depart from near the port to the chora and in season to other beaches. The main beach is a very long sweep of fine sand & small pebble, with shade provided by tamarisk trees. The bay is fairly well sheltered and bathing is safe, but getting out of the water can be tricky in places due to a distinct shelf in the sand. Do have a day excursion on the bus to the chora - the views are amazing, both from the chora and the bus ride.

Excellent, easy Greek island experience. I would recommend renting a car for at least a day or two (we didn't and still had a wonderful trip, but would have been nice to be able to tour the entire island, and taxis are hard to come by).

Plenty of restaurants and bakeries along the promenade. Friendly atmosphere. Good island for hikers. You can walk to most places - some great beaches within 1 hour. I didn’t need to hire a car. There weather was great mid October but some places had shut down- this wasn’t a problem for me but it was quiet for those seeking more of a nightlife.

Good experience, nice location, well situated, good mix of shops tavernas and supermarkets for self catering, local bus service a bit limited. Could do with a bar with music to enliven the evening after eating to be picky

Livadi is the sort of place you see in films (Mama Mia,...

Livadi is the sort of place you see in films (Mama Mia, Shirley Valentine) but don’t expect ever to visit. We trundled our suitcases off the ferry and along the main (only) street past fishing boats and restaurants with tables on the narrow sandy beach. Yachts bobbed in the bay. Nothing much else was happening. That was the beauty of it. The only regular bus service takes you slowly up the very steep hill from the port to the village of Hora…..or you can try walking up on the old mule track, but only if you’re pretty fit. Hora itself is surely one of the prettiest villages in the Cyclades with stunning views. Beyond Hora, the 2 main attractions of Serifos are its beaches (numerous, beautiful, sandy, warm water) and its hiking trails (spectacular but some better waymarked than others - buy a hiking map in a Livadi supermarket). Enjoy it - but don’t tell too many other people!

Great 4 night stay and sad to depart. Lovely comfortable room with fabulous views over the bay of Livadi. Bed was big and comfortsble - slept beautifully. Quiet location outside of the small town of Livadi. Breakfast very good - fresh orange juice, coffee, omlettes and a good selection of fruits and pastries. Pool area very lovely too. All was good and a great stay was had. Serifos is a beautiful island - rugged and low key but enough to see, great beaches and good rrstaurants too - just wish it were longer here.

The host Vagelis and his family are amazing. The location is spot on, cannot get better than this in Livadi. The room and the bathroom are perfect, like brand new. There's fridge, nespresso machine, cattle etc. You will get a complimentary bottle of water along with nespresso caps, milk, sugar for as long as you stay. The rooms are cleaned every single day. The bed and pillows are so comfy. Shall I add a free beach towel if you need one. Highly recommended.

Very good location and great people! The room was clean and had a nice view to the terrace. The hotel was situated in a very convenient location, steps away from the beach and the stores and restaurants. The people were very kind and helpful. They reached out before we arrived to plan for the room preparation and was in constant contact with us for everything we needed. We will definitely prefer to stay there again in our next visit to Serifos!

Fabulous location about 15 minute walk from main part of Livadi with great views across the harbour. The mother is absolutely lovely and makes the best breakfast. Omelettes, local pies, rice pudding and homemade cakes are just some of the breakfast delights. The accommodation is very well done and has everything you need.
