I have stayed here previously and will definitely go back again. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel facilities are great, with a fantastic pool, private beach and the bar terrace has a fantastic view across to Telendos. The location is great, just outside the one-way system, which makes getting around very easy when driving.

From the spectacular Aegean Sea balcony views, to the small, private boutique hotel feel. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to Massouri and the Telendos ferry, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The fresh Greek breakfast was amazing! The hosts and hotel staff were extremely lovely and very accommodating! Every question and need provided for. We will definitely return to this hidden Kalymnos gem!

I came to Kalymnos to rock climb. The airline lost my luggage and climbing gear. The staff of the hotel were most helpful in tracking it down and helping me with various problems arising. Costos on the front desk was particularly informative and helpful.

Lovely studio apartment with a balcony with a view of Telendos. The apartment has a small kitchen and bathroom and a separate bedroom with air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed. There is also a decent-sized living area with patio doors leading out to the balcony. The apartment is cleaned every other day and new bedding and towels provided. The property is within a very short walk of restaurants, mini supermarkets and the beach. The owners are very quick to communicate and the husband is a taxi driver so it is very easy to arrange transfers to and from the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Masouri Beach, Kalymnos. The apartment was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located just steps from the beach. One of the highlights was the spacious balcony, which offered stunning views of the sea and Telendos Island. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking and made each evening special. The apartment was equipped with a full kitchen and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome from our host, Anna, who left snacks and cold beverages in the refrigerator for us. Anna was truly exceptional. She greeted us personally upon arrival, made us feel immediately welcome, and provided several restaurant recommendations that turned out to be fantastic. The food, views, and ambiance at each place were amazing. She was always easy to reach, quick to respond to any questions, and happy to offer helpful suggestions throughout our stay. The location couldn't be better, with many excellent restaurants and shops right outside the front door. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Thank you, Anna, for such a wonderful stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!

Wherever you go to eat is incredible!

Wherever you go to eat is incredible! The locals are helpful and friendly and the sunsets better than Santorini! On your first visit when you come over the mountain to drop down towards the resort the views were incredible will take your breath away. The resort is a chilled heaven. Perfect for couples.

Small, friendly, has everything you need: lovely beach, wonderful views, great shops and restaurants. The people are very friendly and helpful. You can hire a boat, take a ferry to Telendos where you can go for a walk, watch a sunset and go for a great meal.

Great place to rock climb better later in the year to avoid the crowds. I was based in Masouri and teamed up with other Canadian climbers. Restaurants all good and reasonable prices. I prefer a cooked breakfast on climbing days so very good at the Ambience. Some of the newer climbing areas are less polished than the older areas but the rock can be very sharp. As people are concentrated in Masouri the social scene is preferable compared to Leonidio, and the climbing just as good in both locations. A car is needed in Leonidio but not so much in Kalymnos. Telendos has great climbing too as well as some spectacular multi-pitch routes.

Masouri is a magical place.

Masouri is a magical place. The main street is alive with numerous restaurants and shops, but the sea side is serene and breath-taking. The sunsets are magnificent. Very good place for rock climbers. many of the best views do involve climbing steep roads or steps, but the effort is worth it. The local bus service is excellent and is very reasonably priced

Restaurants, small grocery stores, and bars in Masouri and Myrties and easily walkable. In November, the tourist season comes to an end and some restaurants and stores shut down for the winter. However, there are still a few places still open for business. Most restaurants serve classic Greek food as well as seafood - the fresh fish is a go to. The small grocery markets supply simple but comprehensive supplies. Mostly a climber town in the spring and fall months, I saw mainly rock climbers and it was a chill vibe. If you plan to stay here for climbing or exploring, know that you need an international or EU drivers license in order to rent a car or scooter. There is plenty of climbing within walking distance, however, so that you could make do without transportation. The locals here are awesome and friendly and it's a fantastic place to spend a couple weeks if you are climbing or exploring the Greek islands.

Kalymnos and Telendos are very attractive Islands.

Kalymnos and Telendos are very attractive Islands. Short ferry trip between the two is 3 euros with stunning views. Masouri is the centre for sport rock climbers from around the world. The paths created to get to the crags give steep walks for others to enjoy the scenery or watch their climbing activities. Sunset over Telendos from Masouri is quite stunning.

Really loved staying at the Apollonia, extremely friendly and welcoming staff and owners, very responsive, organised our taxi to and from the ferry. Enjoyed the sunsets from a very large balcony with view of Telendos. Room was very clean and also cleaned daily. Shower was great! Location was perfect for walking to crags above Masouri and Myrties, shops, beach, restaurants etc, and had no issues with noise. Would definitely stay again
