Everything was exceptionally perfect. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and organized whatever we needed. The room was big and open and the view from our infinity pool to the the sea and the rest of Santorini was the best that we've ever had and likely probably will ever have - hard to beat. Thank you for make my trip Great, everything was absolutely amazing, starting from Pamela the front desk fluent in English and some words in Spanish helped me booking rental car and tours, breakfast by Valentina 5 stars chef and hostess greeting people everymorning waiting for you with a warm breakfast and hot coffee, Nicole is the cleaning lady keeping this place neat and shiny, I felt like home for 5 days keeping my staying safe and fun..I will come back and I will recommend my 🧡 friends.

Elements cave suites was the best part of our trip, it exceeded our expectations in terms of service and hospitality by the amazing host Vasia who went above and beyond to accommodate us after encountering a glitch in the booking.com system. She did everything to rectify the matter and for that we are very grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was impeccable, the property is a hidden gem in the beautiful village of Megalochori,so well maintained and has such a wonderful feel. We were away from the hustle and busy streets and enjoyed the charm of this place. I would highly recommend staying in Megalochori especially with kids, when visiting Santorini and definitely at Elements cave suites. Definitely a 10/10, thank you Vasia for being amazing we will surely be back again !

Megalochori village, which retains the original charm of Santorini without touristy traps and crowds. It is peaceful, charming, and much more relaxed than the busier parts of Santorini like Oia and Fira. We loved the authentic village atmosphere, beautiful streets, houses, just enough restaurants, even has its own blue dome church, great location, and the fact that parking was easy and always available. With a rental car, it was very convenient to explore the island from there.

Beautiful village and I’m sure a couple of days would be a better length of stay. On both occasions we have visited we have had only one night there. Good choice of restaurants in easy walking distance. Lovely individual shops.

central for travelling around the island, everywhere is a short drive away, bus stops galore if not driving, very hilly so need good walking legs, within half hour to Oia, 15 mins to Fira, 5 mins by car to Perissa beach which is a 3 mile stretch with bars and restaurants all along the front, free sunbeds in majority of restaurants as long as you buy a drink you can stay all day.

One night was enough. Beautiful village but too many jewellery stores. More variety would be better Tavernas looked great but we're overpriced with inadequate food of small sizes Nice to walk around Good views

You would definitely need a car here to be able to visit Oia...

You would definitely need a car here to be able to visit Oia and Fira easily. Also Kamari was actually our favourite place, had a lovely beach, shops and restaurants. Megalokhori itself is very small village, it’s worth a little stroll down to. Also lovely homemade lemonade served in the little bar there.
