Many good things to say. First of all the big smile and warm welcome of the lady owning the place. It's a family business, and genuine Cretan hospitality is in their DNA. The location is nice, not inside the noisy village, not far away from waking distance to the taverns and the village center. The residence has an own pool serving ice cold refreshments around the clock. Enjoy them as much as you can, and keep in your memories the genuine feelings conveyed by the owner. Cretan hospitality at its best!

It was perfect for our short stay of 3 nights. The owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming. The room is modern and comfortable and equipped to a 5* level. Moreover it's a short 300 m walk from the best side of Sisi and 300m to the best beach and the owner's modestly described beach bar which is great for breakfast lunch and evening drinks. We will definitely book again next time.

The location is super. Nice terraces and a lot of plants. It has a good atmosphere.

I traveled to Crete for the first time with my mom. We both enjoyed staying at Maritimo. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. They offer you a to go box for your breakfast or dinner in case if you have an excursion and can't be there to eat. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff cleaned it every day. They offer breakfast and dinner and we had both and each day we were happy with the food options. The drinks at dinner were not free, but since they only had bottled water it made sense. They also had some sort of entertainment almost every night. The pool had enough seats around it. The access to the beach is public and the hotel is like 2 min from the shore. We enjoyed swimming there in crystal clear water. The beach is not too perfect for laying around as there are rocks around but we swimmed and would go back to tan at the pool. That didn't surprise us though as the pictures on the website clearly depict it. The hotel is close to the central road in Sissi. We loved our stay at Maritimo

The hotel looks as good as the pictures. Everything was well maintained and cared for. Everything was cleaned daily and the pools and pool areas were amazing. But it's the staff that make this place. They are all fantastic miss ioanna is amazing at the front desk. She really made everything so easy from checking in to checking out or anything else you need. Thankyou...

The location is nice - a few minutes walk from restaurants, stores and beaches

The room was nice, good size had Netflix and YouTube on the tv all be it you have to have a log in but that was grwat. The bean bag beds for the non pool room on level 3 which we had was super comfortable. The staff especially nico queenie Daniella and Adonis were great! The breakfast was superb. The overall look of hotel was brilliant.

Fabulous hotel The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived Lovely food with an amazing breakfast. Everything you could possibly think of was on the menu Comfortable beds power showers etc The cocktail bar and food by the main pool was great It’s a shame it didn’t open in the evening Pool and Spa were really clean and had very comfy beds so much so that we really didn’t want to go anywhere I’m definitely going back

Great hotel. Staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast is definitely worth it. Had a great stay. The entire hotel is kept impeccably clean. The area is quiet, no club noise. The staff enforces the quiet hours and loud guests are quickly quieted down. Wifi internet has good coverage in the entire hotel and the speed is fast.

Everything. The restaurant staff are so nice and welcoming. There is a shop and car rental right outside of the hotel which is really convenient. The food, room, pool- absolutely everything is fantastic.
