Lovely family ran hotel with fantastic food and very comfortable rooms. Absolutely loved the location ( so close to the beach). We ate at the hotel most nights because the food was so good. After being here for one night we knew we wanted more time in Neo Mamaras, so we booked two more nights. Already planning on coming back next year.

I loved 99% about this place, the only thing I didn't like was that the beds were hard (but some people enjoy that). The host was gracious enough to allow early check-in as I arrived several hours before planned, and he also allowed late check-out while I was waiting for my bus. The host also always offered to make coffee, ouzo, traditional Greek sweets, always offered to listen about how your vacation is going. The rooms are small but very quaint, offering everything you need on a summer vacation. Refridgerator, airconditioning, blinders to keep the sun out. There's a double bed and a smaller children's bed so you can bring someone as well. There are no cooking facilities, which personally I didn't even need. The hotel is located inbetween the town center and the beach, a very pleasant walk towards either is guaranteed!

Centrally located in Neos Marmaras, very close to the city center. The apartment was great, it has all the features you need for a nice stay in Sithonia. The room was cleaned everyday. This was our second time staying here, so we absolutely recommend it!

Room is very spacious and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beds are big and very comfortable. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming. They have also a great restaurant, food is very well made and hotel has a private parking lot. Great place for sumer vacation with excellent location. There is big supermarket, bakery and lots of local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Definitely planning to come here again!
