A small and friendly hotel in a fabulous spot. We were really glad of the pool, and Aristotelis was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff made an effort to meet our needs (making a veggie breakfast for me). It's close to the beach and several places to eat. Very picturesque and beautiful place, full of ancient history. It is worth visiting, staying for a few days and attend a performance in one of the two ancient theaters. Poros and Methana are very close for day trips.

Ancient Epidauros is a lovely compact town that is not too...

Ancient Epidauros is a lovely compact town that is not too touristy. It has two lovely beaches and a vibrant waterfront with lots of restaurants. The ancient theatre of Epidauraus is only about a fifteen minute drive away, and is well worth a visit.

Lovely little village. Friendly people, Very nice marina. Great Ice cream parlour, we had a different flavour every evening. The bakery sells wonderful cakes, we tried lots of them. Walked to the beach with the sunken ruins and ate at Athina then bought olives, olive oil and wild oregano from their farm shop - recommended. Had a great time.

I was surprised that despite its fame, it is a small port town. I don't mean this as a criticism, quite the contrary: except for June and July, when, as I heard from Dimitra, there is great demand for accommodation due to the amphitheater performances, you can spend a few days or even a week here in complete tranquility. I am definitely considering returning, if not to Epidaurus itself, then certainly to a nearby secluded cove, where I can rent a small house for a month in the spring or fall.

Epidavros was well worth a visit.

Epidavros was well worth a visit. We only went there because that's where our accommodation was but we were so glad once we arrived. There's plenty to do in the area, not only locally with the Ancient Theatre, lovely harbour and restaurants, kayaking tour including the sunken city, but also a little bit further afield with visits to Nafpoli and Ermioni.

Wonderful quiet, and quaint town with a beautiful view of...

Wonderful quiet, and quaint town with a beautiful view of the bay. The locals were extremely friendly and accommodating, including the local cat population! The Amphitheatre in the ancient town about 15 minutes drive away is insane.

The location is perfect, beautiful views to the bay and Methana. The beach is right next to Binji Hotel and also it is the start of a beautiful path along the coastile. In close proximity to restaurants and old little theatre of Epidavros, 20 mins by car from the Greater Theatre of Epidavros and Sanctuary of Asklepios. Staff were very friendly and respectul, breakfast with views to the bay. We hope to be back, Clara and mum (Pilar).

The small little town, Epidarus is perfect from hustle/bustle and busy Santorini and Athens a week ago. Quite and peaceful, ocean facing little town and our rooms are facing the sea. Breakfast is superb, beyond our expectation. The orange juice is "original", freshly squeezed. Highly recommended for stay to visit Epidarus Ancient Theater and on the way to south. The seafood place in front of the water promenade was really great.

Beautiful family run hotel with the best views in town. A generous sized room for Greece and a useable bathroom. We had a balcony with comfortable seating and a spectacular view, plus double glazed doors to soundproof the room which worked perfectly. Air conditioning in the room also. The owners are friendly and helpful. The town is really worth a visit. Overall a great stay.

This is the third time we have stayed at Hotel Mike so we clearly like it! The location is great - on the seafront at Old Epidavros with great views to Methana. This is also the location of the restaurant, which serves good Greek food at reasonable prices and the location for a relaxed and plentiful breakfast. The staff are very friendly.
