We got an unexpected free room upgrade to junior suite! All personnel were very kind and had provided us support we needed in every aspect. Hotel has two semi-private beaches and a small semi-wild one. Exceptional breakfast :-)

The staff were super friendly and helpful! There is enough space to park on the street. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is 30 meters from the beach and close to a supermarket.

The staff were lovely. Christina could not do enough for us. She was so helpful and accommodating. A very well stocked supermarket next door. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. What more could you ask for? Thank you.

We had a great time during our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly,nice and polite! The beach is perfect for people with kids because it is right in front of the hotel. Our baby loved the beach and all the people working in the bar and reception were so sweet with him. THANK YOU! :) The food in the restaurant was good, as well. We will definitely visit Akti again!

Very nice location with private beach and all the facilities you need. The sand is clean, the water is very clear , perfect for snorkeling and swim. The food is tasty with many different options. The view it s breathtaking. We would come back for sure.

First, the hotel is very easy to find since it is on the main road. We got a free upgrade to a room with the sea view, and the view is better than the photos of it. There is a lot of free parking space. The staff is excellent, nice, always smiling, and very responsive. Everything and everywhere is super clean. The room 212 is big and bright, the bathroom beautiful, the balcony is fantastic with a continous breeze of a refreshing air. There is a lot of different trees which make the hotel even more sophisticated, like from an episode of Poirot. The pool and its surroundings are very nice and exotic. Restaurant and the food is great, always fresh, and always refills. Breakfast is everyday the same, but with lots of choices with free juices, milk, water, and stuff from the espresso machine. The dinner changes and has that greek charm and taste. Also, the water is free at the dinner. What else to say... Ah, yes, the beach is in front of the hotel. I wish that every hotel is like this.

It was a pleasure for my family and me to stay at the Philoxenia Hotel. The room was very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, helping us with the check-in process and always ready to assist with any questions. Best of all, the hotel is very pet-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend it to everyone!
