Friendly and wonderful staff. Hotel was modern and had all the ameneties required for a great vacation. Food and drink was also really good. Good mix of food and many Greek alternatives. Beach was short walk and really nice.

All was perfect - location near the sea and not far from Rethymno city. Nice renovated room, view from the balcony etc. But best of all was Cretan kitchen. Supper in hotel restaurant was rich (a large number of traditional local dishes). Where else could you have tried them all :) And it was all included in the price We were in this hotel for the second time and if fate allows, we will definitely come again...

It’s great, very comfortable and convenient local. It's close to the beach, there's also a supermarket, and the hotel's facilities are very comfortable. Also, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly and humane. They knew I was going to Samaria Gorge the next day and prepared breakfast for us that morning.

The resort seems to be brand new. It is definitely stylish (outside and in) and really comfortable to stay in—whether in the pools or on the beach. The beach shades and deckchairs are not too close together, giving enough private space, with lots of beach area between them and the sea, so no disturbances from people walking by. But also not too far for easy water access. There are waitresses directly on the beach area, supplying all the food and drink one might need. Around the pools is a restaurant with exceptional food. The breakfast is in a different place with an amazing view, buffet style, with all the super tasty and local options. Easy free parking just across the street. Amazing mountain and sea views. Free wine and fruit in the room.

Everything was incredible. The hotel is really new and well-built, extremely comfortable, and you never feel crammed with a lot of people. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied - both in the buffet and à la carte. The beach is also really enjoyable. But the definite highlight was the team behind Uzenie, from the owner to security, reception, restaurant, beach... Everyone made our stay 100x better. They are definitely the stars of the show.

Very nice rooms, excellent facility , very kind personnel, excellent and fresh food with many options. The all inclusive option has a great value for money. Highly recommended.

The location and easy access to the beach. No hills or slopes to go up and down. We had a room on the third floor facing the street that has some noise in the morning but was quiet at night. We could see the ocean from our balcony. The room was nice with many TV channels in many languages. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the moussaka and pasticcio. I loved that the food in general was very flavorful and not overly salty. The fresh squeezed orange juice was greatly appreciated. The coffee was outstanding. It was brewed and served at the table. I appreciate that it was not from a machine. The entertainment was outstanding. The belly dancing was amazing and professional. Karaoke night was fun. There is a bus around the corner to go into the old city if you do not want to walk. The reception sell bus tickets. We walked one day and took the bus another day. The sea is very calm and easy to swim or go out on a lounger. We paid 7 euros a day for 2 loungers and an umbrella. The elevators at the hotel worked very well.

Everything, the area is clean and cozy, food is delicious, stuff is extremely helpfull, we really enjoyed. Pool is clean, bed is comfortable.

Outstanding Stay, Location, & Consistency. Seamless Experience, Professional and Attentive Staff, Spotless Rooms, and the Food offered a great variety and quality with a refined and relaxed atmosphere. Close Proximity to Cafes, the Beach, Restaurants and Shops. The Pool area is spacious and strikes a perfect balance for couples and families. Highly recommended and affordable. I would return.
