Very helpful and friendly personal, clean and large rooms, a small fridge and nice balcony, quiet area

We got 4-bed room, with 2 separate rooms which was great. The owner/manager told us that he doesn't mind offering spacious/bigger rooms if they are available. Complimentary bottled water was available in the room. It was warm enough, in mid January, with 2 air-conditioners and extra heater (though we didn't need the heater), and warm blankets. As other reviews have mentioned, breakfast is served at each table separately, and each morning there was something new introduced - new dessert, or pie, or cold tortilla wrap. Warm honey and home made banana and strawberry jam were also served. Relaxing jazz music playing in the background prepares guests for an easy start of the day. The hotel is few minutes away from the center, and still away from the big crowd in summer. I would be back for sure!

This place was absolutely fantastic. It was incredibly clean like we walked with white socks on the floor, and there were still white, all the time every day. They provided us with a free upgrade and I’m telling you the experience would have been a lot different if they didn’t. Thank you guys so much for that. We got the room with the swim up and I definitely would recommend to get that kind of room. The bed is amazing even the one on the balcony next to the pool. There’s a quiet beach with the hotel’s own sun beds and umbrellas in like a three minute walk. The food was exceptionally tasty. The staff were so nice. The tapwater isn’t drinkable so have that in mind if you are not all inclusive that you need to buy yourself water for the day. You can also get some bottles at the supermarket and there’s a fridge in the room to store them. But the hotel will provide you one 1L bottle at dinner and also at breakfast. Everyone is so nice! Thank you very much. We will return again.

The staff were kind, welcoming, professional. My teens liked the karaoke, the table tennis and the jacuzzi very much and we all liked the beach with only one line of umbrellas. So nobody was smoking behind or in front of us and we were right next to the water, which was clean and transparent. We also saw some very small fish. They brought us free cups full of fruit salad on the beach - sweet, refreshing and tasty. Very polite and smiling. The beach has perfectly fine sand and a line with small round pebbles. But they are not so rough, so people went bare-feet on them. I would say that it is healthy to walk on such pebbles to massage your feet and other five star hotels have such paths in their spa zones, but artificial ones. It is the perfect place for our family and everybody was pleased.

The location was perfect in case you want to visit both Kassandra and Sythonia. The beach nearby the hotel was very good and we enjoyed a lot the time spent there. The staff was very friendly (always smiling) and the rooms smell good all the time (cleaning was on top). You'll find a great taverna in front of the hotel as well. Also there are a lot of great facilities nearby hotel such as gas stations and supermarkets.

I spent 7 unforgettable days at Potidea Palace in June, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, clean, and set in an idyllic location. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the warm, professional, and dedicated staff. A special thank you to Athina, who was incredibly kind and helpful in the restaurant. Her attentiveness and genuine smile made each meal even more enjoyable. I also want to sincerely highlight the Albanian staff working at the resort. Their professionalism, kindness, and work ethic stood out every single day. They are incredibly hardworking and played a big part in making our stay so comfortable and relaxing. It’s clear they take great pride in their work, and it shows in everything they do. I highly recommend Potidea Palace to anyone looking for a high-quality and stress-free holiday in Greece. I will definitely return!

Perfect location. Nice view. Good for parents with small kids the beach is sandy and shallow. Hotel across the beach is perfect for mid day beak.

A wonderful place to which you want to return. A wonderful beach where you will always find a free sunbed. A stunning view from the room and a constant light breeze that neutralizes the summer heat.
