Clean, friendly personal (even if some of them don't speak english), facilities (including pool), position (on the beach) Very good food even if there are not many choises.

The staff and especially the owner were very kind and polite. The property was in a quiet and peaceful area. The room was really beautiful, modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. Finally, The hotel is neat, clean, quiet and has a nice pool and restaurant. Overall a good choice and I totally recommend it.

Very friendly and welcoming personal. The Hotel has his own garden with vegetables and fruits providing ingredients to the kitchen. Large private parking place belongs to the premises.

Very good location, close to the beach and at about 15 min drive to Rethymno. The room was very clean (cleaning was done daily), confortable beds, air conditioning. We could also borrow an umbrella for the beach. The breakfast was fine (we absolutely loved some traditional cookies we had there). The hosts were nice and helpful.

Have booked for three days at the Oasis and our experience was superb. Welcomed with a nice and refreshing drink and escorted to our room with no delay. Clean, comfortable, wifi connected, large pool area, secured parking. Good breakfast . Ordered a dinner for 14euro per person, really delicious. Unfortunately, had to leave one day earlier because of unexpected work obligations and we were even refunded for our last overnight. The guys do a wonderful job.

Staff was amazing. So was the pool, food at the pool bar, and the included breakfast. Close to beach and buss to get down to Old Town. A great place to chill.

Every single staff member made us feel welcome. They always smiled, remembered our names, and checked if we were comfortable. That kind of attention makes a huge difference when traveling.

What I loved most was how calm the property felt. Even with families around, there was always a spot to unwind. Reading by the pool with a drink was my favorite part of the trip.

This was an oasis of a place. The most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed in. From its history to the service to the seriously oppressive beauty of this place, it was almost too much to bear. The hotel is surrounded by nature and gorgeous greenery and so it smells incredible. I kept telling myself all my senses were overwhelmed. The rooms were quiet and the beds so comfortable. I slept so deeply and I normally have terrible insomnia... It was so hard to leave. Depressing actually. This place is like art came to live and you are living in it. Its beauty is captivating and warm. I loved the amazing hike you can do from the Arkady Monastery to the hotel. You can arrange with the hotel to be dropped off at monastery and then you hike back thru gorgeous paths and gorges. Breathtaking views and private. The staff at the hotel offered world class service and attention. They were wonderful and so easy to talk to and happy to assist with any request. The breakfast was a bounty of delicious fresh locally-sourced healthy foods. Overall, this was an unbelievable experience. This hotel should be in everyone’s bucket list. This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever been to. The sea view is excellent, the pool and the facilities are really nice, the food is great. Everything is nice and clean. And the staff is super nice, especially Yannis from the reception and the staff from the bar and the restaurant!

Outstanding Stay, Location, & Consistency. Seamless Experience, Professional and Attentive Staff, Spotless Rooms, and the Food offered a great variety and quality with a refined and relaxed atmosphere. Close Proximity to Cafes, the Beach, Restaurants and Shops. The Pool area is spacious and strikes a perfect balance for couples and families. Highly recommended and affordable. I would return.
