Everything was perfect! The location is superb, the beach itself is very nice as well. The breakfast was rich in options and everything was of good quality and tasty.

We stayed at Olive Roots for 8 nights as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children), and we had a wonderful experience. The property is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Our apartment was extremely spacious, featuring a bedroom on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchenette with glasses, cups, plates, bowls, cookware and cutlery, a dining area, a balcony with table and chairs, and an additional bedroom upstairs. The three air-conditioning units kept the apartment comfortable at all times. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we especially appreciated the daily coffee refill with Nespresso capsules. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and places to visit around the island. Their two boys were also very friendly and added to the warm family atmosphere. The apartment had reliable Wi-Fi, and the smart TV offered Netflix, YouTube, and other streaming services. The pool area was excellent, with a large swimming pool, a separate pool for small children, an outdoor shower, and very comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool was cleaned every day, and the relaxing background music created a lovely atmosphere throughout the day. Skala Rachoni is also a great location for exploring Thassos. Limenas is only about 10 minutes away, Potos around 30 minutes, and most of the island's beautiful beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Olive Roots is a fantastic choice for families looking for comfort, hospitality, and a perfect base to explore Thassos. Clean, quiet, close to sea, lots of parking places.

The most welcoming hotel I’ve stayed at so far! Huge thanks to Dimitri for his kindness and friendly vibe. I’ll definitely come back here next time I visit Thasos. Clean rooms, great breakfast, nice pool, and relaxing under the olive trees was just perfect. Don’t miss it if you’re in Thasos!

Exceptional food, very friendly staff, perfect location!

Comfortable and cozy stay, excellent breakfast, variety of choices. Plentiful public parking. Private & public beach 100 meters away, possibility of ordering drinks from the hotel. The location also has a nice outdoors pool with bar. Shops & restaurants 600 meters away.

I loved the location. It is a front-row complex with a small beach next to it. I've used it only once, as I could explore the island by car. It is outside the capital, meaning there is less crowd to enjoy, but it close enough to be 5min away from the city and everything it offers. The pool was really lovely, with ambient lighting and warm salty water. The pool bar was affordable - 2eur for Frappe, 2.5eur for espresso, and 2-3eur for a cold draft beer. It has a lot of tables near the pool, so we stayed in the room only to sleep - most of the time, we were sitting near the pool. The breakfast was a nice add-on, as after the breakfast I had only one afternoon meal.

Staying at Kasaviti Hotel feels less like visiting a hotel and more like being welcomed into a family. The building carries the charm of time, and you can see the love and care poured into it — from the pine trees planted around it 20 years ago to the thoughtful touches that reflect the owner’s respect for nature and his plans to renovate with the same dedication. What truly makes this place special, though, are the people. The owner’s genuine heart shows in everything, and Xrhstos and Fotis go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their kindness, attention, and good energy turn every moment into something memorable. Thasos is wonderful, but Kasaviti makes it unforgettable.

The initial experience was great. We loved the amenities. We loved the hospitality and their joining in our honeymoon celebrations. We loved the quietness of the room. Bed & sleep quality is good. Bathroom is great, with both cold and hot water available at all times. We liked the helpful & empathetic staff.

The hotel was really clean and they clean our room every two days( incl. towel and bed sheets changed ), which made the stay comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to everything you’d need. Overall, it was a great stay with a handy location near the sea, and some seriously good food.

I recommend with love. Great location, close to the beach, shops, tavernas. The owner is a man who does his best to make you feel good. The room we stayed in was superb, 2 large terraces overlooking the sea. Bedding and towels are changed every two days. Parking in the yard. We were very pleased. We will definitely be back.

The cleanliness, the location, the staff. Everything was on spot.

The apartment was brand new and exceptionally comfortable. Each unit had a spacious patio with access to a shared pool. All areas, including the common spaces, were very clean. The room cleaning service was also extremely attentive—they even refilled the coffee capsules on a daily basis. I was pleased to see that the owners were personally involved in maintaining the facility, which added a warm, personal touch to our stay.
