The owners were friendly and accommodating. Close to beach and quick drive to towns and grocery store. Beautiful accommodations and pool. Highly recommend and will be back next summer.

Carisa Maleme is a truly special spot, blending comfort, great view, and the warmest hospitality. The rooms themselves are comfortable. Location is good, close to the sea. It's very pleasant and quiet place. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the people. Every single person I met was smiling, kind, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to help us with taxis, food recommendations, directions — basically anything I needed. Highly recommend!

The staff was beyond perfect. The location was great. It was very close to the beach , some restaurants, and some markets. Also close to bus station.You have a spacious parking if you are renting a car. The pool was clean and spacious. The food/breakfast was tasty and had varieties. The sunbeds in the pool and beach were comfy .Overall , it was great . Shout out to Edouard , the receptionist/manager who was brilliant and made our stay amazing.

The hotel was clean everywhere: in the rooms, the restaurant, the pool area, the garden, and even the common restroom outside. The staff were very helpful, kind, smiling, and cheerful. The food was varied and tasty. It was very convenient to have the seaside so close, just across the road, and it was also great to always have free sunbeds available

What a beautiful hotel! These pictures don't do justice to it. Beautifully maintained gardens, nice spacious rooms (we had a 2-floor apartment with kitchen and 3 balconies), so perfect for families. Very peaceful. Beautiful restaurant and pool area, with a beach on one side and mountain backdrop on the other. Amazing staff. Great breakfast.

Good base location for visiting beaches on the northwest side of Crete. All inclusive was a nice plus that helped save on meals and time when returning from sightseeing all day and not having to go elsewhere to find food, however we were never there for lunches. They even had sandwiches and water in our fridge upon arrival after traveling all day to get there from the States. Very clean, modern decor and plenty of storage for clothes. Great view of the sea right on the beach. Best pool bar staff with Eleni and Claudia! Eleni is a true gem and works hard. She made the best drinks and all staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach side, great for walks and with several local restaurants on the sea. The hotel offer a great quality/cost ratio, allowing a cheap stay in a wonderful area. Relatively close to the more expensive Kissamos area, and to several natural tourist attractions. Great breakfast served each morning with tables in the garden and pool side. Wonderful pools, including one for adults and one for kids. The hotel staff was very useful, including to help up with a car issue.

Location is convenient, close enough to the seashore, there are several grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The breakfast was delicious and rich. There is a very nice pool in the hotel. Eleni is a very hospitable and helpful hostess.

It was beautiful, and the staff was amazing! They went consistently in every interaction above and beyond! We’ll definitely be back!

Kind staff, extremely accommodating

- Very nice place, very nice owners, very private! - I had a personal jacuzzi (inside the room), super cool model, very modern, with ultra cool lights and different bubble modes - Very good cleaning of the room, every single day. - Very cool shower - Close to the beach, and many little shops around - Cute small balcony

Beautiful place in a great location! The man who runs it was super nice and helpful, we got in so late and he stayed up to let us in. Would totally come back!
