I thought this was a great accomodation. The pool by the hotel lobby and restaurant was fabulous. The grounds were really well landscaped and it was really nice having a restaurant on site. Staff was very friendly, and I thought the rooms were really nice. Location is also great. and perfect if you have rented a car and want to explore Crete. Also awesome that it is right on the beach!

Really nice staff and good service. Also amazing pool and close to the beach. There was a refrigerator with a freezer - very nice!

Easy to coordinate my arrival with bicycle via the messenging app. Accommodating in regards to bike storage. Room as expected. Comfortable bed. Close to the main square which had the few restaurants open in town during the off-season.

Oros Luxury Beach Resort is one of the finest resorts we've stayed at. Every corner of the property is beautifully designed, making exceptional use of the space while maintaining a sense of tranquility. The hospitality is outstanding. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It was especially impressive to see the resort director regularly walking the property, personally ensuring guests were having a perfect stay. He was immediately addressing issues when he spotted them. They shows the resort wants to improve. Our private pool room was amazing, and with multiple pools in the resort, an excellent gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and five outstanding restaurants, there was never a reason to leave the resort. The fitness area / Gym/ Indoor pool & Jacuzzi was the biggest highlight for me. Spend so much time training and then leaving refreshed again to enjoy the rest of the day, was just perfect. Incase you forgot to bring something, there is a pretty boutique inside (Rode - a beautiful store manager who guides you through the collection) and a super market at your resort for basic needs. Every day felt like a new experience - we even enjoyed watching the Portugal football match with fellow guests in the foyer, creating a wonderful sense of community. Very cool DJ at the Pool restuarent. Refreshing drinks! The Head Chef was present at the breakfast area, and he interacted with so much warmth, and even persoannly prepared eggs for us. Everything felt so personal. The entire staff at the Buffet was so helpful. Overall, Oros delivers luxury, impeccable service, and an unforgettable experience. We will certainly be back! I highly recommend this place.

Great attitude form staff. The pool in the room had a very nice size. You may easily go to some interesting cities like Channia during the day.

We loved our gorgeous beautifully designed room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was well designed with great water pressure. The food was excellent. We really appreciated that the coffee was freshly brewed and served at the table and not self service from a machine. Truly enjoyed the abundance of fresh fruit. And the amazing desserts. The food was never overly salted but instead wonderfully seasoned. The staff at the restaurant were outstanding. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the beautiful landscaping and plush cushions on all the loungers. Loved that the beach loungers were free!

Everything was amazing, the service specially

Location was good. Not far from the resort I stayed in three years ago. Easy access by bus from Heraklion. Nice beach access. Incidentally, the location was in Kavros. Lack of a party crowd was a good thing.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and took great care of us. The resort is super clean, and our suite was just beautiful and spacious with 2 full baths and great a/c. The food was wonderful in both the main dining area and the resort restaurants. I am an American fluent in Greek so I connected with the staff. They are really nice people. We were there in late July so I don't know if the resort was at full capacity or not, but there were plenty of chairs available on the beach, plenty of room on the pool decks and in the pools. The water park at the back of the resort was so much fun, too. If you don't want to walk to the beach (which seems far, but it's really not) you can go via golf cart. The staff is there to ensure you have and enjoyable stay, and we certainly did. Τα περασαμε πολη καλα, Happy!!

This place was amazing.The staff are lovely and really couldnt do enough for us.Everyone was so friendly.We will be back.They also give us a free upgrade to a room with our own pool.What a bonus.Thank you so much to you all.

Very good location, beachfront, the sunbeds are included in the room rate, excelent cleaning. The meals with a lot of choises, deserts, sweets, things for alergic people. Every night diferent meanu. The personel very nice, helpfull. I recomend this place and I’m looking forward to coming back again.

We loved our overnight here! A lovely place - and wonderful staff. Niko greeted us so warmly and was very helpful with our bicycles and bags. Had the best sleep we’ve had in weeks and the breakfast was delicious— especially all the fresh fruit and good coffee.

The rooms are spacious, maintained, and thoughtfully designed to comfort. Private terraces overlooking the water provide an atmosphere of tranquillity. The housekeeping and whole staff standard is impeccable, reflecting strong operational discipline.

What a wonderful surprise. The room is very clean and modern. The beach is fabulous and is great for swimming. Also, there was a wide selection of food choices at every meal. This was the best vacation Ive had for years. We will be back.
