Great location with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The girl at the reception was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options and fresh food. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, and overall the experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stella who worked the reception desk was amazing and very helpful. I felt welcome there and she gave me great ideas for my stay in Zagreb. She helped create a wonderful first impression for the hotel. The hotel was super clean and very comfortable. I will stay there again. The location is not a busy area, which is perfect. It's close enough to go anywhere in Zagreb. 5 stars!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Zagreb! Everything felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff, probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Every single person went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Elegant and modern hotel. Located in a business quiet area, approximately 25 minutes walk to the main square or by tram No 13. The stop is in the main street in front of the hotel, as well as the bus stop for transfer from/to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the services very fast and efficient. The room is very spacious, warm and clean, beds very comfortable.

Everything is an easy answer but it’s true. The hotel is in a perfect location, the price was great, good breakfast, and the staff is fantastic.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very well thought through, the breakfast is great, they have a bar downstairs with very good gin tonic and there is a very nice restaurant as well. On top of everything there is free parking. Margareta from the reception was super friendly and helped us with expectations for breakfast :) While the place is a bit far from the city, you can reach a tram stop in about 10 min walk and then you are 30 min on the tram to reach the center. Overall not that bad, we did take an uber back from the city and paid under 5 EUR for the ride.

Really nice place to stop in Jarun

Unfortunately, we stayed only one night at this hotel and the restaurant was closed because of Croatian national day. It is an amazing place with a big + for cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, size rooms, staff, and position. Our next visit to Zagreb will definitely be accompanied by a stop at this place.

An excellent hotel, located 15 minutes by car from the city centre. It was clean, tidy, with new and stylish furniture and super modern facilities. The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was always friendly with a smile on their face, both during check-in and check-out (and our check-out was very early in the morning :) ), the rooms were cleaned everyday throughout our stay. It's also super nice that you can have freshly-made eggs during breakfast. I highly recommend, both for long-term and short-term trips to Zagreb. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I especially appreciated the attention to detail – from the cozy bedding to the complimentary toiletries. The view from the window was a lovely bonus, offering a glimpse of the city’s charm. The hotel’s location is another big plus – central and convenient, with restaurants, shops, and public transport just a short walk away. Despite being in a lively area, the rooms were quiet and perfect for a good night’s sleep. Overall, Hotel Blue exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
