Great staff, always smiling and always greet you, the hotel looks amazing, we had a room on the ground floor with direct acces to the pool, the staff clean the room every morning, changing the sheets, refill the consumables, they help you with everything you need, tours, taxis, the breakfast is very good, everyday you get something new, plenty of options, even for vegans, they have a gym, spa, massages, you can rent scooters directly from the hotel, the location is great, you have a circle k store just across the street, with an ATM, many resturants for all budgets, many clubs, you have 3 beaches in walking distance and even a mall

I had a bad fall before i got there they provided a wheelchair ,and breakfast and dinner to my room and got a man to go over the road to buy things for me ,i have stayed ther ea few times always great service.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. During the hottest part of the day, relaxing in the shaded pool was the highlight—it was comfortable to swim and spend time there even under the sun. The villa was clean, comfortable, and very private, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We especially recommend Chez Gado Gado Restaurant—the atmosphere is amazing and it’s definitely worth visiting. We also loved how convenient it was to stop by Bintang Supermarket Seminyak to pick up food and enjoy cozy evenings back at the villa. Great location, great host, and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
