Hotel located in the center of the city, walking distance to everything. I loved walking around the exhibition. The room was very pleasant and clean, with a lovely view of the sea and the mountains.

The hospitality and service from the owners and managers were beyond excellent. Right from the start, they welcomed us with big smiles and told us, "We’ve been waiting for you!" They even upgraded our room for free. The level of care was amazing—when I asked for some cooking oil, the manager went to fetch it himself. When he came back, he realized on his own that I might also need salt and went back to bring it for me without me even asking! The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The beds are very comfortable, the pool is clean and pleasant, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. I am absolutely sure I will come back here. A huge thank you, especially for the smiles, the kindness, and the amazing attitude!

Very comfy bed, good Air Conditioner, nothing lacking. Everything was good quality, especially taking the price into account. Good memories! Good food! Good staff, especially at the kitchen! Many good places to eat at, at 5 mins walking distance.

Wow ! I LOVED everything here. We stayed in 1997 when last in Israel and am so impressed with the 'new' Galei Kinneret'. Style = Amazing Location = Perfect Rooms = Views to die for Staff = Faultless - thank you Ayya and Stav specifically - but everyone was so smiley and friendly Food = Delicious, fresh and abundant Facilities = Private beach, museum ruins underwater in the pool, Jacuzzi, spa, everything you could want Summary - This was THE place to stay in Tiberias

We enjoyed our stay very much at this hotel. We had an unexpected upgrade of our rooms. So we had a wonderful view of the Galilee Sea. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the place and it was really nice. It’s the perfect place to stay if you visit Tiberias. Highly recommended.

This is incredible hotel with great amenities and a great staff. The reception crew is unbelievable. The food was great and the grounds are immaculately cleaned and the pool beautiful blue. You can walk to the Sea of Galilee. Definitely recommended!

Everything was Perfect, very professional staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed, the breakfast was everything we needed and more, and we spent hours on the balcony enjoying the amazing view.
