We had a wonderful stay at Jain Hotel & Resort. The staff were extremely courteous and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view, which made the stay even more relaxing. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall atmosphere of the property is very peaceful—perfect for a calm getaway. The location is quiet yet convenient, away from city noise. Overall, it was a comfortable and value-for-money stay. I would definitely recommend Jain Hotel & Resort to families and couples looking for a relaxing experience.

Best stay experience we had in Gangtok so far. We chose the hotel expecting a pure veg food, they served so well. Very tasty food all in veg. The rooms are near and clean, proper hygiene maintened by the property. The people we met here a so nice and positive. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, very homely 😊 Highly recommended.

Awesome View, Clean Room, Great Food

The breakfast location was great, with a view of the Kanchanjunga. (Unfortunately, it was fogged in and not visible during our stay). The food had a great variety and they menu varied every day. Plus, they made fresh dosas and omlettes. The dinners were also excellent, varied menu during our four-day stay. We would particularly like to recognize the staff, who were ever helpful and polite. Divya and Pem deserve special mention. At our dinners, Divya was sweet and attentive to our every need and comfort. Pem was similarly very attentive to our needs, particularly, Kadha in the mornings as I had developed a cold. All in all, an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Taj Guras.

The property is newly renovated. I got a chance to speak with the Owner Ms. Norpu and she was very welcoming and polite. All the staffs were very polite as well. The rooms were super neat and clean and I was upgraded to the Mountain View Room for Free. Great view during sunset and night. Multiple food options nearby. Dominos outlet is just on the opposite foot of the hotel. Super accessible as well as the Taxi Stand of District Court is also nearby. We called the Owner and she guided us without any issues. Sharing cabs are also accessible for just Rs. 40 per person to MG Marg. Area is very peaceful. Will definitely be coming back again soon. Value for money.
