Everything from A-Z was perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpful especially Ali the receptionist he organized and decorated the room for our marriage anniversary, my wife loved the surprise. The view of the Villa is breathtaking, the snow games are fun although I wish the weight limits were a bit more flexible.

This hotel is truly one of a kind in Iraq–Kurdistan. Every corner reflects modern luxury and great attention to detail. We had a wonderful time with our kids at the outdoor swimming pool, even while it was snowing—the water was perfectly heated. My booking included three meals. I found the breakfast to be very well diversified, while lunch and dinner were more limited in comparison. The staff were highly trained and treated us with great care and respect. We will surely come back again.
