Great hotel, close to the bus stop and the market. Clean rooms with beautiful rooms and friendly stuff. The breakfast was enjoyable and rich!

We spent a wonderful week at this hotel, and everything was excellent! The location is perfect – peaceful, yet close to the center and several ski lifts, making it ideal for skiing and exploring Livigno. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. The food is fantastic – especially the pizza, one of the best we've had! Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back.

great location for Mottoljno gondola, close to walking paths, outstandingly friendly staff. room was beautifully clean and well presented. breakfast was truly outstanding. dinner menu was well priced and delicious food. there was an underground parking garage that made snow days a breeze. The on-site bar was friendly and fun to spend time in.. really could not ask for more from the trip.

The staff was very nice,, they were very eager to help in any way, They really wanted to make ur stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible .The room was clean, comfortable, quiet with an excellent view. The pool/spa section was clean and relaxing, the staff also is 5⭐️

We got there for a 5 days stays. The staff were very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The location is a bit far from main livigno, but this can be a plus. Close to the yepi left, and a ski in is possible. The spa and roof hot tub are amazing!! Breakfast is delicious. My wife broke her leg in the last day, and the staff was amazingly helpful, they provided us with a wheelchair and everything we needed.

Great location and a much more affordable place to stay than in Switzerland which is only a short driving distance. Dinner and breakfast included was the icing on the cake.

The hotel is very nice, staff is really friendly. They upgraded us to a better room without our request, that was really nice. Breakfast is great.
