Beautiful and peaceful community. Everything well Maintained and found everything we needed inside and out. The owner is very responsive and just a lovely person. The home was clean and comfy with nice decor. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable.

The hostess Antoinette was amazing, I felt at home and safe. Hurricane Melissa devastated the island and they still did not have electricity but they did have a generator which provided lights and a fan. I will definitely stay at this location again.

The tranquility of the neighbourhood was a blessing.The jamaican dishes for breakfast and also the chease omlete were amazing. Bailey is an amazing cook. The ocean view from the upper terrace is breathtaking and also from the balcony. The ocean is at 1500 m distance. The public beach&bar was at 7 minutes driving distance only!

It was all great, the property, pool, community, proximity...

It was all great, the property, pool, community, proximity to attractions and our host Shereka made our stay an amazing one. This home is equipped with everything a family needs. Our host had complimentary snacks and some essential cooking item ready for our use. That was surprising and welcomed. My kids have already asked when will we book this property again. Thank you for helping to make our 2026 vacation an amazing one.

A beautiful secure & safe estate with a variety of beautiful...

A beautiful secure & safe estate with a variety of beautiful villas. A great place to stay. Goodfacilities - tennis, netball courts, outside gym, pool and a private beach for the estate. Excellent location. I would definitely return again.

The property itself was not bad.

The property itself was not bad. The accommodation need to be updated. Also, host need to make sure that deposit is refunded back to guests in a timely manner. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting on mine.

Richmond is a lovely property with an exellent pool, gym and...

Richmond is a lovely property with an exellent pool, gym and opportunities to go walking. It also has a children's play area for those who have children. There is also 24 hour security who are well trained and polite. The convenience store nearby is well stocked and there is also a pharmacy and coffee shop where you can get Jamaica's famous Devon House ice cream. There are numerous restaurants nearby, local attractions such as Dunns River Falls, Dolphon Cove, and Chukka Cove. The Knutsford Express stops nearby too which makes pickup and dropoff convenient.

Richmond is a good area located in the North Coast of...

Richmond is a good area located in the North Coast of Jamaica. 15min to St. Ann's Town, 30min to Ochi, 2hr to Mandeville, 1hr to Montego Bay. Convenience store located outside the gated community. Its a fair distance from the property so usually drove to and from it. Also well served by Petrol Stations in either direction. Plantation Jerk Center - 5min, Sharkies - 30min, Suki Jerk - 30min.
