I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Excellent location in the heart of the downtown. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. I would highly recommend it!

The location was great, less than 10 mins walking from the roman theater. The staff’s hospitality was incredibly welcoming and the hotel rooms were in great conditions.

Parking issue is the biggest issue, Mr. Bassim solved for the per-day 6 JOD paid parking The parking managing person also very kind and friendly

The stuff is really welcoming and helpful, the amenities for the price given are good. Location is close to all the ancient places. Breakfast is good, WiFi is stable

The location of the hotel is great and hospitality of people ,especially Mohamed who is always smiling and ready to help .I am thankful that upon on checking in , the owner upgraded the room which was very spacious with view of the downtown.

Large rooms, central, good location

This hotel is very near to the Roman theater, the Amman citadel, and the Al Husseini mosque. The staff of this hotel are very cooperative and very helpful. Especially Mrs Fatima. If you want any information just ask her and she will guide you. Mr. Raad have a brand new car if you want to visit the Dead Sea or Petra. Don't forget to book a ride with Mr. RAAD. HE provides pick and drop services to the Airport. At the same price as Uber. I hope i will visit again jordan 🇯🇴 Thank you.

The staff and the location on a bustling street was all great. Close to market street where you can get falafel wraps incredibly cheap

Mahmood really helped us out, went above and beyond to help us recover our bags that were misplaced by Egypt Air. He accommodated our room change when the AC wasn't working fast enough. (It was a heat wave in Jordan at the time).

Hotel with amazing location. Clean and comfortable room and very good service. The breakfast is more than you can wish. Definitely recommend. Our kids loved it.
