Everything was fantastic, and the host was incredibly welcoming. The water pressure and hot water were top-notch, making showers a pleasure. Plus, it's just a short drive from Petra Visitors Center. I'd give it 11 out of 10 stars if I could!

My stay at Hayat Zaman Hotel & Resort was truly exceptional. The place has a stunning authentic heritage atmosphere — from the traditional architecture to the charming details across the property. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, giving a real sense of relaxation and history at the same time. Everything in the hotel felt carefully maintained and thoughtfully presented. I would like to give special thanks to Hamza Khalaifeh at the reception. His professionalism, warm welcome, and excellent assistance made my stay even better. He was respectful, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. We were 4 tourists from Slovenia, stayed for 3 nights. The host is the kindest man, he speaks good english and was always able to help us, whenever we needed help. We arrived one day early, due to some complications and he provided us a room at the middle of the night. The breakfast was available 24/7 and for dinner, he provided traditional food. One of the best dishes we tried in Jordan. The rooms are big and comfortable, there is a lot of space to just hang out. It is about 15 minutes from the entrance to Petra and very easy to find. Would reccomend 10/10.
