It’s location is absolutely incredible with a nice view by the pool along with a very welcoming and friendly staff. Special thanks to Ghaith at the reception was very helpful

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The view from the hotel was amazing. The shower had high water pressure and 3 jets and the beds were huge and comfortable.

Everything the room was clean and modern, the pool is very nice, and the staffs are very attentive.

Manager and receptionist were very polite and kind. Chef was skillfull. They arranged us complimentary dinner on friday night. Breakfast was more than enough. There are fruits, cereals, hot meals, hummus and many things.

Uncle Ali welcomed me with warm hospitality and a smile upon entrance. The GM Rami, was wonderful and available to answer all of my questions about local attractions and businesses. The hotel sits close to downtown Petra and bus station. Making it very easy to commute back and forth between restaurants and local grocery stores. Uncle Ali Hotel is exceptionally clean which is a non-negotiable. Rooms have hot water and wifi. I strongly recommend Uncle Ali. Greetings from America hope to see you soon in the near future

The location and the view from the room are just WOOOOW! The view from there is truly beautiful, and the room has many windows and a balcony where you can enjoy the scenery. The hotel is only about 15 minutes walking from Petra’s Visitor Center and around 10 minutes from the town center — very convenient! They also recommend a local restaurant nearby, and you really should go — it’s excellent! Another lovely detail is that they prepare a breakfast box for you from 6 a.m. so you can take it with you to Petra, which is super thoughtful. Honestly, the price is amazing for everything they offer. Great value, great location, and great people! Highly recommended

This hotel is perfectly located close to everything you may need. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always eager to make guests happy. The room was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The internet was fast and reliable. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the way the hotel helped us during a difficult situation. We were there during the American-Iranian tensions when Jordanian airspace was closed and our flight was canceled. The staff went above and beyond to help us by arranging transportation from Petra to Aqaba and organizing our departure by boat from Aqaba to Egypt. Their support was amazing and made us feel like we were staying with family who genuinely cared about us. Petra itself is a magical and breathtaking city, and I will definitely return again under better circumstances. The hotel also guided us to visit Petra through the back trail that leads directly to the Monastery, which was a unique and efficient way to explore Petra and see many of its incredible sites in just one day. A big thank you to the hotel and the wonderful staff for their kindness, hospitality, and support. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort not just at the hotel but also by providing helpful information about Petra and the surrounding area. We dined at the hotel restaurant both nights. While the dinner options were somewhat limited, the food was wonderful. Breakfast was a standout experience, offering a wide variety of dishes, more than we could possibly finish. They even accommodated our dietary restrictions seamlessly, ensuring we had everything we needed. Hazem at the front desk, was outstanding, providing his WhatsApp number for any assistance while we were in town. He truly went the extra mile by checking on us that evening and following up with us after we left to ensure we arrived safely at our next destination. His kindness and excellent service made us feel truly welcome and at home. A special mention also goes to Vida at the restaurant. She was so sweet and provided excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and personalized service!
