The apartment has a partial view to the Dead Sea. Good sized bedroom and the veranda is lovely. Washing machine worked well and there were plenty of spare pillows and towels. Nihad was always available to support us, without being intrusive. The apartment is simply, but functionally furnished and really there was nothing we missed. Nihad even left welcoming snacks in the fridge for us. As for the resort - it is clean, well maintained and the staff are incredibly helpful. Shout out to Rashid, the lifeguard down at the beach who was amazing.

The Professional treatment & tentativeness of the owner "SUHA" . The cleanness is worthy of noticing. Looks like I was the 1st one to use the Duplix. The furniture & Appliances still got the tags and plastic covers. The scent of cleanness upon entering the Apt. I will never forget the Pool & Dead Sea View from my balcony during the day... bright blue & green colors coming alive , the dead sea oily waves are a wonder. During the day, while clam tranquil quietness at night. Seriosly You don't not want to step in from the balcony, I never seen blue color of waters in the pools, A Secured location how the gate is protected and your name needs to show up, professional staff, nice food lots of variety, at the Elite restaurant near the main pool, I even had my anticipated Hubbly Bubbly. Now, even on the waves of the dead sea the lifeguard was courteous and showed me the natural "black mud,& salt" with their healing powers. Add to this the pleasure of fresh water shower going back.

Best for experiencing the Dead Sea at a leisurely pace. One should only select the locations having direct access to the dead sea. We stayed at the Samarah resort so didn't actually go into the city, and didn't feel the need to. The facilities here may not be as good as found in other parts of Jordan. It all depends on the hotel/ staying accommodation selected. We also didn't explore the other tourist sites near Sowayma - if you feel the need to, then plan to stay for at least 3 nights.

I like the location and the staff at the bar. They were friendly and polite. In my opinion this hotel should be 3 star. The breakfast had very limited choice of food; cleanliness much to be desire, staff didn't speak English (or barely speak) with bar staff be the exception. However my worse experience was with the lady that was security guard at the entrance to the hotel. I felt she was getting great pleasure in checking my grocery shopping!! Twice!!she was rude and und unpleasant . This was my third visit to Sowayma (different hotels) but never I felt so unwelcome

This city was a city on the shores of the Dead Sea. There were no places of entertainment for tourists in the city. Of course, being close to the Dead Sea has its advantages. There are many interesting historical sites in the vicinity of this city, which are definitely worth visiting, but since public transport is not available, be sure to consider the lack or inaccessibility of public transport to tourists. That is why it is important that you also rent a car before booking a hotel here, so that you can visit the sights in the vicinity of the city. Amazing stay, great value of money, located just next to the 5_star hotels, yet they have an advantage that the mall is right next to them, pool is amazing, 3 pools,foos is affordable and good, our host was super helful, she just give me evry single detail i needed, and she was available 24/7.. room has towels ,wifi and nextflex, and complementary water amd coffe, which made our stay better than other 5 star hotel,
