Parking issue is the biggest issue, Mr. Bassim solved for the per-day 6 JOD paid parking The parking managing person also very kind and friendly

Had a great stay. The property is brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made traveling much easier. Everything was well organized and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We lost and cloth and documents in our stay and the hotel workers kept that in safe until we came to pick them up. Not get me wrong, other utilities of the hotel are also great but just for that, they have out best consideration.

Mahmood really helped us out, went above and beyond to help us recover our bags that were misplaced by Egypt Air. He accommodated our room change when the AC wasn't working fast enough. (It was a heat wave in Jordan at the time).

The hotel is lovely — very fresh and clean, with all the amenities. It’s also convenient to many of the cultural sites in town.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Excellent location in the heart of the downtown. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice place, convenient location and very nice staff! We stayed here twice in our trip to Jordan, we booked the second time as our experience the first time was very positive, they helped us arrange a car rental and gave us all the information we needed for our roadtrip around Jordan. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, common areas were super clean and organized, internet was very good and overall it was an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend it!
