Very quiet and clean I enjoy my stay

This place was even cozier than I expected! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuinely kind staff. The location is perfect — close enough to everything restaurants hotels banks .. etc The front office team was amazing — especially Mohamed, who was always smiling, helpful, and professional. He really made the check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The room itself was spotless and super comfortable. I loved the cozy vibe, and the smart TV with streaming platforms was a great touch for relaxing in the evenings. I Even for my early flight, the staff went the extra mile and scheduled a taxi for me in advance. Everything was handled with care and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back

Reception staff who checked that everything was up to standard on check out. The location is very convenient for restaurants etc. although the hotel has 2 restaurants. The bedroom had everything necessary for a confortable stay: coffee and tea, mini fridge, toiletries, drinking water, a/c etc.

An exceptional luxury experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail reflected true five-star standards — from the elegant atmosphere to the outstanding service. I felt truly valued and pampered throughout my stay.

The property was very clean and organized, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Oday -especially- was very nice and helped us upgrade our booking, if I were to go back to the country, I would certainly go back to the same hotel.

Everything about the property was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and caring throughout my stay. I came to Amman for medical treatment, and the hotel made me feel safe, relaxed, and truly cared for. The whole stay would not be amazing if the whole team of the hotel didn't support us I called them for many arrangements as it was our honeymoon stay there Everyone did his role and more thanks for the welcome gifts an for the amazing Chef and the other team members who didn't let anything be less than perfect in this stay
