The problem is that in the past it was a super nice hotel. Now it looks because no guests it looks so empty and also they have to cut the cost that the service is not was is pretending.

friendly staff. very clean and modern facilities. although a wet bathroom, there is a shower separation. extremely convenient location, right in the heart of sokcho with amazing views of the lake. the building has a direct access convenience store and restaurants on first floor. 5 minutes walking distance to the sokcho tourist market. washing machine inside room was a bonus. the staff provides extra amenities and leaves by door side each day, if you're staying for more than 2 days I think. there is a paid coin laundry also on the first floor, if you need to quickly dry your clothes (but a little overpriced). overall an unexpectedly awesome experience. will definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to the bus station and beach. Room was spacious and comfortable. The wifi is good for working if you need a reliable connection as well.

I traveled here via rental car with my dad, and when we couldn’t figure out parking, the gentleman at the desk parked the car for my father. Very conveniently placed facilities and comfortable beds. The view of the sunrise was also enjoyable.

The staff was extremely kind. My first room had a problem with the TV, so the manager moved me into another room as soon as he could! He first went to check and make sure the TV worked of course. The view was also really nice, especially for the price! The location is pretty good as well. It is close to some good tourist spots, such as the lighthouse and the fishery market. It is also a short bus ride away from the Sokcho Eye ferris wheel.

The lady who helped with breakfast was very helpful; car attendant was very good, great location. Good value.

The room was updated and immaculate. It had black out curtains so I could sleep in. The balcony and view of the ocean was lovely. I could hear the waves when I opened the glass doors. It is close to a picturesque lighthouse. I also quite liked the quiet port where you could buy fish and have it cooked (freshly caught). This one was less touristy for expats but beautiful. It is a short walk to the center. The buses are very close and I rode them both mornings to do hikes at a beautiful nearby national park. Tremendous value for money.

The hotel is amazing and definitely deserves more stars. The bathroom was so modern and very clean. It had a big shower which is a rare find in korea haha. You also got a delicious breakfast and the guy at the desk is super nice and helpful :) if i come back to sokcho this is the hotel i will go to
