Clean rooms. Very nice staff. BIG mall (with a supermarket, 10 restaurants...) right across the street. No bugs. We had a deluxe room. The bedroom was not big or fancy but it had an electric massage chair.

Location across from the hot foot bath was lovely. Super facility with great staff.

The staff were amazing. Polite, nice, accomodating, all of it. The swimming pool and gym were well equiped. The breakfast was excellent.

Clean and well cleaned, well situated both to the city and next to the former Expo grounds and restaurants, there is also a 24 hour grocery store, reasonable pricing.

This place is a bit of a trip, because the check-in is not on the ground floor, and it's fully automated. I didn't interact with any hotel staff members (except for a person at the ground floor cafe) during my stay, which is a bit weird, but honestly the room was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, amenities were provided, and there was even a massage chair in the room! Parking was also convenient right out front. This may have been a love hotel before, but it seems pretty normal now.

Great location. Very clean. Small and great for a budget stay. In walking distance to many excellent parks and food experiences.

I think the area is under some kind of renovation. Lots of closed businesses and construction happening all around the hotel. Should have done little more research before booking the hotel. Location of the hotel was decent. Hotel was aged and sauna in the basement was closed under renovation-was not disclosed til I asked for hours of operation; disappointed.

Everything was perfect! The room was big, nice, and clean. The bathtub is huge and very nice to relax in. The bed was also very big and comfortable. The restaurant was really nice too, I loved having breakfast there! The staff was also very pleasant.

The receptionist is the sweetest, nicest person who will go out of his way to help you with anything you need. Would certainly stay there again.
