The hotel is indeed authentic and has an old charm. The location is wonderful, you would need a car to get to places around. Room is generally clean and spacious. The staff are also very helpful and nice.

Excellent location, hospitality. Aunt Soad, Mike, Jocelyne, Hisham. Very hospital, cheerful, warm welcoming with smile and they loved to help me in everything. The location view on the mountain is great, calm and I advise the people visiting broumana to book in the hotel. All restaurants and supermarkets very close to the hotel. They offer nice Lebanese breakfast, which I ordered and had in the balcony.

They were all so friendly ❤️ Mme Daed and Charpel were more than helpful and amazing.

The property is very clean and the location is wonderful on which i had access to all the needed facilities. What i liked most about my stay was the hospitality of the people in the hotel. I had a warm welcoming from the staff. Special thanks to stephany who guided me during my trip and helped me preparing my trip plan on which I visited the most tourist attractions.

Amazing location, hotel and staff. We had a great time and we look forward to visit again very soon. The only issue was the hotel was fully booked which prevented us from staying more.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. I booked the less expensive mountain view room, and they gave me the sea view room with no extra charge. They also added a crib for free for my baby.
